Premier Inn Bromsgrove Central

Premier inns are largely all the same - cheap and cheerful, however the staff here really set this place above the others. Upon arrival we were greeted by a kind and funny lady who made us laugh the minute we got it. The lift was broken, and they still sent an ironing board and iron up to the top floor with a smile. We came back late into the night after far too much to drink, again we had such a laugh with the team on reception, they booked us into breakfast and made sure we were ok 😂 upon arrival to breakfast the same lady was on shift who asked how we were. Everyone here seems to enjoy what they do, they were so polite and a good time all round. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady on breakfast shift, explaining if something was missing for breakfast then she would ask the chef to cook more. In short - the room is a standard premier inn. The service, is worlds apart from others I’ve stayed at. You’ve got a lovely team here
