We stayed for 1 night whilst visiting some family in the area. From the moment we walked through the doors the amazing Debbie, on the front desk was so helpful. We had a bouquet of flowers and she offered us a jug to put them in. Top customer service thank you.
The room was clean and tidy and it was very peaceful. It was hot in the room but we had 2 fans in there. We look forward to staying again thank you.

A really positive experience, friendly staff going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Offered to book tables at the restaurant for us and inquiring through our stay if all was well. Room and reception area was clean and today. Room smelt of a fresh clean space when we walked in and all amenities were sufficient for what we were needing them for. Tea tray well supplied and replenishments were available in reception space to help yourself to more. A really pleasant stay.

Stayed here with a hiking group. Hotel was top notch. Clean rooms, warm welcome. Not the best WIFI but not a big issue. Would definitely return and highly recommend. Nice pub opposite with great food. 

As usual, an excellent stay at Hagley! Pub next door very handy, warm and welcoming! Had a shower in our room rather than a bath, again excellent! Hotel very handy for trips into Merry Hill shopping outlet and many other areas of interest!

I’ve been staying at this hotel every week for months as my husband is very poorly in the hospital nearby
The team at this hotel have not only made me feel welcome, like one of the family, but they have made sure I have had everything I need for a comfortable and safe stay in an area where I am on my own away from home. 
The hotel is spotless and the beds very comfy the beefeater pub attached does a good breakfast and evening meal and the staff there are hard working and friendly aswell 
It’s easy to get into Birmingham but is in a nice country road away from the city

We stayed over during the half term break, whilst visiting Cadbury world.

Staff were friendly and helpful, great stay and highly recommended!

Kids enjoyed the breakfast, with the breakfast staff engaging and providing clear guidance on veg options

Stopped just one night to attend a party in Stourbridge. Hotel is clean, quiet & beds are comfortable. It’s not particularly near anything so taxi or car is required but that was fine for us. Beefeater for the evening meal was average but convenient. The breakfast the next morning was actually lovely & really good value. So for a decent value overnight stop, I’d recommend this hotel. 

Really great. No charge for parking, our room was spotless clean, maid service meant we didn’t have to make our beds! Breakfast was fantastic, hubby had the full English and zI had the continental. Thoroughly recommend.

Thank you Ravi and staff, brilliant stay at Hagley Premier Inn, perfect in between for Birmingham safari par and cadburys world. WIFI is a bit spotty but Ravi assures me this is being upgraded soon. Will be back for a summer trip 

I must say that for an overnight stay, this place hit the mark. The staff were super friendly and helpful (thank you Ravi for helping us!), the room was very clean and the whole hotel was very quiet.
I will definitely be using this location again if I need an overnight stay.

Hagley Hotel - Premier Inn did the essentials really well. Breakfast was good and plentiful the bed clean and comfy clean bathroom with good shower.
We appreciated being able to post a no turn down/cleaning option during our stay saw we were coming and going a fair bit. The only negative was the general run down appearance of both the Inn and the Beefeater Restaurant. It really needed a refresh. Staff were all really friendly and helpful

Greeted by Debbie who was very lovely. Room was a bit small but clean. No a/c in room but large fan provided which done the job.

Breakfast was disappointing, greeted by the most ignorant unprofessional lady with blonde hair. She was very blunt and unwelcoming, when ordering food she cut me off mid sentence to take a different order off another member of the family. 

Food sat at counter whilst she walked passed and decided to clean tables, when it was brought to table just stood there leaving us guessing who’s was who’s.

Happy with hotel and and friendly staff there but very dissatisfied with customer service at restaurant

Just what you need

I've stayed in multiple premier inns across the country but this one really stands out for the helpfulness and friendliness of its staff. We arrived quite late and were greated by a lovely younger lady on reception, she gave the kids some colouring to do and some advice on where we were heading out to the next day. The room itself is smaller than some other premier inns but still big enough for our family of 4, there was biscuits and a welcome message on the side which i thought was a nice touch. The room was also very clean. The only slight complaint I have is the WiFi lost connection regularly. Phone signal isn't great. The next day the kids took their colouring back to reception and got a selection box, the lady on reception, I think she's called Chris, is a real credit to the hotel, I think customer service comes naturally to her. The guy who checker us out on Sunday was also great. Upon leaving even my 9 year old commented how nice the staff are here. 

Most friendly premier inn I've stayed in

We have used this Premier Inn many times, its a standard Premier Inn that provides everything you need but what sets it apart from the rest is the people who work there. Every time we have stayed we  the staff have been excellent, they are really friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - good old fashioned service with a smile. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the WIFI in the rooms, which can be a bit hit and miss, if Premier Inn sort that out it would perfect. Well done to everyone who works there!

Excellent customer service

A nice stay with clean rooms. The bathroom was a little small and the bedroom too warm overnight. The restaurant food both at breakfast and dinner was good and the staff very efficient
