service really good, staff are super nice and the place is very scenic to stay

Excellent location and very tranquil. Staff very attentive to detail and the breakfast was awesome.

A homely and comfortable country house in which to enjoy a few days exploring The Gower. The staff are so very friendly and obliging. They could not do more to make you feel welcome and to assist in any way. Breakfasts and evening meals are excellent, and the lounge with wood fire is a joy. Parking is convenient. I highly recommend the afternoon teas too. Our thanks go to everyone.

Lovely little hotel with amazing service. Would highly recommend staying here for a nice wkd away. Only downfall was the thin walls you could hear your neighbours but we were so tired from our hikes it didn’t matter. We would 100% go back here.

Lovely relaxing place to stay. Staff friendly and accommodating. Location great for nearby 3 cliffs beach. Approximately 20 minutes walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautifully maintained property and garden. Great service and excellent food

We liked the whole atmosphere surrounding the house and gardens etc. the staff were super and very helpful. The breakfasts were great especially the Welsh breakfast! We will be coming again. The only downside was that we paid £310 to Expedia as opposed to £254 if we had booked directly with you!! A lesson to be learnt.

Amazing hosts, loved our visit! Will come again!

This is the best afternoon tea we have had in Swansea. Liz, the chef, made lovely sausage rolls, fresh hot cross buns, carrot cakes, meringues - all seasonal and tasty! There was unlimited tea a day coffee and the service was great. Parc le breos is a lovely location and is tastefully decorated. We booked this as a special treat for a relative and it was a great decision.

Wonderful afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings

We had an extremely good lunch. Unfortunately it showered with rain a few times, but we were inside, so it didn’t matter. The downstairs rooms have some great features. The staff are well trained, very pleasant  and were very attentive without being intrusive. If I had any criticism it would be that there are no designated parking places  for those who have blue badges and/or drive a WAV. A disabled person who isn’t driving could be driven fairly near the hotel. However, they would then have to walk on gravel, which is hard work, especially if they have a 3 wheeled Walker or are in a wheelchair. The main entrance has steps so could be inaccessible, which “breaks the law” as far as disability is concerned. I know that there is flat access around the other side of the hotel, but there is no signage directing people there. Also it means walking or pushing a wheelchair over a great deal of gravel and that’s very hard. Is there something that could be done to improve access? Is there another possible entrance?  To address this it would be advisable, perhaps, to get advice from an occupational therapist, physiotherapist or disability professional.

Excellent restaurant 3-course meal! Our lunch today was top notch with a good selection of choices for each course, all for £30pp. The place is beautiful, with a feeling of quality and style. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. They also do a full afternoon tea for the same price, so I'll have to go another day too ! :-)

Such a hidden gem in a beautiful location.
2nd visit as a large group - The garden room is our favourite (Feels like a private dinning experience)! Delicious roast dinner - lovely vegetarian and children options too.
Wonderful festive decorations and the fire place is a beauty.

Family meal

Very lovely main lounge area with woodburing stove - great breakfasts with especially great staff too for breakfast and dinner service and Bar on the evening the restaurant was closed. Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter .

This is a wonderful hotel. It is beautiful situated in a park-like landscape. The drive to the hotel is fun and beautiful. The house is just gorgeous both inside and out. The room was clean and comfortable with the best shower we had anywhere in the UK. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant is really good and the food is phenomenal. Breakfast was excellent. Recommend the full English breakfast. Highly recommend.

Seeking one night’s accommodation when the weather brought an early end to our camping holiday, a simple search led to a night at this beautiful country house. Stunning landscape, appropriate interior decoration for this historic property and a very relaxed atmosphere. What a find. The breakfast was, as previously mentioned, one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the welcome from Nicky on arrival, was exceptional. Being invited to take tea in the drawing room with warm Welsh cakes instead of in the room was such a lovely touch. What I loved most was the lack of pomposity. The focus is very much on allowing guests to relax. Incredibly, the night at the Parc Le Breos was cheaper than the basic glamping pods elsewhere on the peninsula. Very glad we chose a bit of luxury!

Unpretentious, relaxed country house hotel

The hotel is in beautiful country grounds. The approach is off the beaten track, but well  worth the drive.The hotel is very much kept in Stately home manor style. Rooms are very much in keeping with the hotel, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Choice was fantastic! The staff were super polite and nothing too much trouble. Went for a walk around the grounds, superb!! I will definitely go back next visit to Swansea.
