What a lovely property! Was greeted by the owners upon arrival who were so nice. Had an amazing weekend in Torquay and can't wait to come back next year! Thank you

It was a really nice place big room and dog friendly overall a nice stay would stay for longer next time

From the moment we arrived thr host was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.  The location was excellent with free parking.  The rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable.  Breakfast was really lovely and plenty to choose from.  I would highly recommend it and will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed here recently and it was lovely.  The couple who run the b&b couldn't do enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Very dog friendly, bella had sausages each morning!! Breakfast was superb

Excellent place to stay, close to the town centre.  Couple who run lodge are so accommodating and friendly. Could not have asked 4 more. Highly recommend and cant wait to visit again. Opposite is a bar that has music on Saturday and Sunday afternoons 

Great value for money, really friendly and welcoming. We only stayed 1 night but I feel had we asked nothing would have been to much trouble. Location is really good for everything as well. We’d stay again. 

Stayed in Brixham many times. This is the first time actually staying in Torquay. This very  lovely couple have only been there a month. Very friendly and accommodating. Exceptional cooked breakfast in the morning, greeting you with a smile. It would set you up for the day!! Nothing was too much trouble. They found out it was my partners birthday and gave him a special waffle and fruit with a candle. It's the little things that mean a lot. 
      Room was  very clean and tidy. Bed was really comfy.  What was great there's a little fridge, that you can put fresh milk (small) in or anything you want to keep cool. Kettle and proper size mugs (better than little cups). 
      Can sit outside in the front, and enjoy looking at gardens across, which we could see from our room window too. 
      Not too far to walk to harbour, and then onto shops. On same road further down hill. Bowling place, Indian, Chinese, Smokey Joe's, Italian, nightlife and many more places in town. 
       Would definitely recommend and we will be back again.

Warm and welcoming guest house in great location, lovely place to stay.
This guest house is wonderful, rooms are lovely, clean and spacious great sleep.Staff were very attentive.The location is perfect is only 400 meters from the harbour, I would not stay anywhere else in Torquay. I would recommend definitely return again.

The breakfasts are so nice and set you up for the rest of the day.

We would not stay anywhere else in Torquay and look forward to going back again in the summer.
We highly recommend this guest house as its situated in an ideal location which is just a short walk from the harbour and town.

Lovely guest  house in a perfect location.Great selection of food whether you go for the full English or a lighter start to the day.Everything cooked to order & to a high standard. Rooms vary in size & the price reflects the space & sleeping facilities so please do speak to the owners with your requirements.We have just enjoyed a 2 night stay during midweek . Couldn't fault our stay.Clean room, comfortable bed & great breakfast.

Fab mini break

We have just visited Tusker Lodge again and thoroughly enjoyed our visit very much. The room was extremely clean and tidy, Carol and Gordon made us feel very much welcome, as they always do when we visit and they are excellent hosts. The cooked breakfast in the morning was excellent and very appetising. Carol cooked the first breakfast and Gordon cooked the second breakfast as pictured. If you do not fancy a cooked breakfast, there is vast variety of cereals to suit everyone.
There is so much to do in torquay and everything is on the doorstep to this delightful guest house, with only a mere ten minute walk to the harbour. We cannot thank Carol and Gordon enough and we very much look forward to another visit again.

We stayed for 3 nights and what outstanding value for money!
Carol and Gordon are the most welcoming hosts… we won’t mention the football or butter Gordon 😂

Absolutely beautiful B&B - Book Direct!

Have been coming to this brilliant and ideally located B&b for many years now Carole and Gordon are the perfect hosts. Breakfast is to die for a wide selection of choice freshly cooked and plenty to keep you starting the day off properly. They are always cheerful helpful and fun people to be around . It’s location is walking distance to the harbour which has plenty of shops restaurants  and a really good bus routes to many destinations also has a bus stop located outside the premises. Rooms always spotless clean nothing is too much to ask them would highly recommend Tuskers lodge to anyone great value for money

Great b&b

We had a lovely 3 nights at the Tusker lodge, a small room but adequate for our needs with a small bathroom again adequate for our needs, very reasonable rates for what we had, a cooked breakfast is provided if needed which is very nice indeed. Located within a 5 minute walk of the harbour. Tusker lodge is adult only and also pet friendly although we didn't have a pet. I would have no hesitation on staying at the Tusker lodge in future were I to visit Torquay again
