Staff were amazing - Lauren, Bee and Lesley - fantastic service.  Very accommodating and friendly.   Clean and coffee nice!  
Very good for children too. Colouring and T.V in the bar area.  Vending machines are a nice touch. 
Definitely worth a visit if in need of a hotel for the night.

Fantastic Service

I have to say this is probably the most friendly staff I have ever encountered in any premier inn I have visited! The rooms were just as you expect to find, clean and very inviting on first impressions. Bed was super comfortable too. The biggest issue I found was the WiFi I couldn't get onto it atal. Bea the manager was very helpful and tried to sort the issue out and even gave me the upgraded WiFi for free but I still couldn't get logged on to do my work.  Despite this I really enjoyed my stay here and hopefully on my next stay the WiFi maybe fixed!  My evening meal was pretty good too which went down a treat.  Didn't have any breakfast as had to leave early but maybe next time! The staff here made my stay!

All together goodnight sleep!

We stayed at the Premier Inn at Claydon from Friday to Sunday 2 adults and 2 children, we have had a very stressful week for personal reasons and had to book last minute, all the staff were lovely, friendly and professional, our room was set up well and had everything we needed. We had booked breakfast which was really good, the cooked breakfast is made to order and was served quickly and hot, would like to say an extra special thankyou to Sam and Lauren who were working in the restaurant for breakfast, they literally go above and beyond, Sam’s personality and enthusiasm should be bottled, she is a breath of fresh air, and Lauren also kind and friendly and helpful, my daughter was unwell the first morning but they offered to do breakfast for her and this morning they were sleeping but Lauren made sure a cooked breakfast and pastries were all made up on a tray to take back to them.
After such an awful week this really helped us feel much better and relaxed so a big thankyou, the staff are a credit to Premier Inn.

Wonderful staff, above and beyond.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and quick service. Calamari was very nice. Burger was big and yummy. Defo come back.  So what can I say to fill the next  one hundred and two characters. Well. Er , hmm, the team were very nice, polite and a true delight..

Good friday night

From the second we checked in, the staff made us feel very welcome, were always cheery and couldn’t do enough for us. They made our stay lovely! Would 100% recommend staying here. Nothing felt rushed and no matter if it was breakfast or the evening meal, they were lovely.

Outstanding service and friendliness!

The reception staff were friendly and welcomed us immediately. Check in was smooth and efficient which we really appreciated after a day of walking. The room was comfy and the restaurant served decent food. The meal deal is always good value for families with children. The location is great if you like walking - Forest and coast both a short drive away with excellent paths and trails. Finally, if you are a fan of Tim Hortons, this one’s for you!

Good value for money and great location

We just needed a comfortable, clean , reasonably priced room for the night and this was all that plus more. It's in the middle of nowhere but the friendly staff made it a great stay. We were greeted by Angel on reception then again at the evening meal along with Zowie. They were lovely and so friendly. Then breakfast we had Sam and Dave and even Leo the chef popped out. They were amazing could not do enough for you, made it a wonderful stay.

Perfect

Location was the main thing, this was ideal. After that the fact that everything was also what we wanted was a very welcome bonus. We often use Premier Inn and this was up to the standard we are looking for.

Perfect for what we wanted

After waking up this morning (new years day and a sunday) to find my car had a flat tyre ....  the staff could not have been more helpful, the lady on the front desk lent me her own personal tyre pump from her car.... and then when I discovered the tyre damage required a new one even sourced a local tyre guy for me.... all the people I encountered were great from the two that greated me when I arrived, to the cleaner and the head of housekeeping picking up litter outside making the place look clean and tidy.... but most importantly to me... when I was having a really bad day ... they had a choice to either say "not my job mate" and let me crack on with my problems or.. they could help me..... and thankfully for me.. they did the latter..... so thank you guys... give yourselves a pat on the back...
