Charnwood Regency

I was placed into a clean and comfortable room that met all of my needs. The room was cleaned regularly and I was offered fresh towels and amenities on a regular basis. The bed and the pillows were super comfy! There was a very good selection of breakfast food, and plenty of it. The staff were very attentive, offering hot drinks and toast in addition to what was already on offer. Evening meals were varied and very tasty. The staff at the guesthouse were the true highlight of my stay here, and are the heartbeat of the Charnwood Regency. From the moment I arrived they were incredibly welcoming, and were very friendly throughout my stay here. There was always a member of staff around, and they were always happy to chat. The housekeeping team are fabulous and really take pride in the work they do, and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. You come away from the Charnwood Regency feeling not like a guest, but like a friend. I would highly recommend them if you are planning a visit to Loughborough.
