Just home from a wonderful 4 night stay at Little Larnick. Don’t be put off by the long narrow lanes, well worth the drive. Angela & Bernard were there to greet us and made us feel most welcome. Nothing was too much bother and their advice and recommendations were very helpful. The ‘Garden Room’ we stayed in was lovely and had en-suite bathroom. Spotlessly clean.  Must mention the very  comfy bed, had a really good sleep. 
Pre booked breakfast from an extensive menu. Absolutely delicious and freshly  cooked. 
My son loved meeting Angela & Bernard, oh, and ‘Tiger’! Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Larnick. Angela and Bernard were such a lovely couple, so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless, cosy and comfortable, and the little extras were much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice, and kept us going most of the day. The peaceful location was wonderful, with only the sound of sparrows and swallows outside. Don't be put off by the narrow access lanes - it's worth it!

We had a great 2 night stay here, the room was lovely and spacious, extremely clean, comfy bed, lovely touches such as fresh milk and cold water in the fridge in the room.
Views from the windows were stunning.
Breakfast in the morning was well cooked and fantastic quality, highly recommended for a stay here - we’ve booked to go back.

This is a true farm-stay, surrounded by a dairy enterprise. You'll need to navigate some very narrow roads to get there, but it's worth it; large, peaceful rooms and a lovely breakfast to start each day. Convenient for the coast near Looe, and not far from the Cremyll ferry to Plymouth too.

A lovely stay with Bernard & Angela at Little Larnick Farm.  We enjoyed a very warm welcome from our hosts & excellent facilities.
The Hayloft provides wonderful accommodation & is maintained to a very high standard.  The bed was very comfortable & all our needs were fully met.  Despite the very wet Cornish weather our rooms were warm & cosy.
Breakfast was second to none, with many alternatives on offer, to meet our individual needs.

I can genuinely say we will definitely stay on the Little Larnick Farm again. In fact, I can't wait. Little Larnick Farm is beautifully nee serenely quiet, situated only a few miles north of Talland Bay. We stayed in a well thought out barn conversion that has a lot of attention to detail and with all the charm you can imagine from a host that has taken great care to give her guests a warm, tranquil experience, with quaint little touches such as Laura Ashley cups and even a china teapot (English made of course). If an authentic oldy worldy stay is your thing, then Little Larnick is for you. Oh, and the plentiful breakfast. We went for the full english breakfast (both days of course, and served on English china) and it was delicious. All together, our stay was the best we have had anywhere as far back as I can remember. All together, we highly recommend Anglela and the Little Larnick Farm.

Stayed with our three teenage children. We had been camping and needed a refuge night away from rain! The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating to us. They made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

It was pure luxury! Such spacious, bright and comfortable rooms. We all had a wonderful stay, slept so well, incredible breakfast and will definitely be back!

We have been staying at Little Larnick Farm on and off for the last 31 years.  The rooms have always been immaculately clean, the hosts very frendly and knowledgeable about the area.  Breakfasts are great - made to order.  The farm is situated 2 to 3 miles off the main road and accessible via the typical narrow Cornish track/roads.  Once at the farm it is extremely peaceful.  We stayed in a converted barn next to the farmhouse.  We will defintiely be returning again.  

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. The hosts are lovely, the room clean, spacious and well furnished with large bathroom. It was a perfect location for visiting the picturesque towns and villages.

Has one of the best nights sleep ever here.  What a beautiful bnb, everything you want in the deep and peaceful countryside of Cornwall. Far into the farmland, you won't have heard silence like this for a while,  close to all the lovely destinations,  lovely breakfast and thoughtful kind hosts, lots of privacy. Just loved it  thank you.

Superb Barn Conversion Accommodation in the Cornish Countryside

Beautiful place to stay

We inadvertently stumbled across Little Larnick way back in 2001 and have been returning regularly ever since. For us, it's Paradise. Idyllic, somewhat lost in time in a good way. Peaceful, beautiful unspoilt views. The only sounds from twittering swallows in the summer and the odd tractor or bellowing cow. Heaven!
Just perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Our hosts, Angela and Bernard, are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to give local advice on places to eat and visit. The breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and delicious.........Highly Recommended!!

Superb rural location! Wonderful accommodation. Wonderful Hosts. The best breakfasts. What's not to like!

I've been twice down to Little Larnick Farm and I love it and will go back again.  The situation of the farm is really beautiful, miles away from any main roads and so perfectly quiet and still except for the choir of birds you can always hear.  Both the self-catering cottages and the b&b are situated on the farm which is beautifully kept, neat and tidy with pictureseque farm yard, fields with cattle in the right months, lovely Cornish hedgerows and fresh air and silent nights with star-filled skies.  This visit was in the B&B and I had the best night's sleep I have had for years.  It is very cozy and comfortable, warm, spotlessly clean and has everything you could wish for.  Breakfast was delicious in the traditional farmhouse and a real treat to be welcomed by such comfort and kindness.  The farm is a very short driving distance to the wonderful fishing villages of Looe and Polperro, with miles of walks all around.  This is a very special place to stay and I highly recommend it.
