1057 reviewsThis was a very nice hotel...very European. The manager met us in the lobby when we arrived and helped us to our room. The hotel staff seemed to be mostly Italian, which was fine. Good people. Breakfast was just a little different from expected, but still good. Here is a little testimony about this; we just got back from Montreal where my daughter had a croissant made in the kitchen of a baker who has been given some very high honors in France, and she said aftet eating it," the ones in London (at Queensgate Hotel) were better." They have a cozy bar, the room service is really good, they were very helpful when we needed transportation. The staff is young and very professional. We'd go back in a New York minute.
