Huge shout out to The Bull and the Hide and their staff. Especially the general manager, Monika. Upon arrival for our 3 night stay, we were informed that the room we were booked to stay in had sustained damage oevernight and could not be used. We were offered a free drink from the bar, and she immediately booked us at a nearby hotel. There were some payment issues at the new hotel, and Monika took care of it for us and was so nice. Our stay in London was lovely and we are so grateful for the help and kindness shown to us. Even though we can't review the room, the drinks were great and staff was A+!! If we ever return to London, I will be staying at The Bull and the HIde.
