Cracking guest house in a beautiful little village outside of Tenby. We had a great welcoming and the home was spotless with a 5 star food hygiene.. paddy and Maria couldn't do enough for us. Full cooked breakfast in the morning was superb.

Travel a lot around the world but I must say this place, those couple are just great.Lovely place close to Tenby, amazing attention for the guest 🙌
Nice room, breakfast room always available, we found even coffe , tea and buiscits in our room.

We stayed at this excellent Guest House earlier this month (July) for a week.
On arrival we were greeted by Paddy with tea and Welsh cakes which were most welcome after our long journey.

Our room was both comfortable and immaculate with a view to the front of the house.
Tea and coffee making facilities were provided with biscuits and bottled water which were replenished every day.
The room had a wall mounted TV and a hairdryer was provided.

The en suite bathroom was a good size with both shower and bath and fresh towels were provided daily.

Maria and Paddy were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. The dining area was very light with pleasant decor.
There were plenty of brochures available for places to visit and Paddy's local knowledge of places of interest and best routes to take was very helpful.

There are two pubs that serve food just up the road.

Both Paddy and Maria went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and memorable and nothing was too much trouble.

We hope very much to be able to return to Flemish Court in the future and would thoroughly recommend it.

My wife and I booked for a three night stay. Greeted on arrival by Paddy and his wife Moira,  they made us a cup of tea before showing us our room. The room was lovely. 

The owners are a lovely couple and nothing seemed too much trouble in making our stay enjoyable. They also have in depth knowledge of the area what to visit, how to get there etc. 

Moira cooks a great breakfast exactly as you want it. 
We would certainly recommend this guest house and we hope to return in the future.  

We stayed for two days but immediately regretted not staying for four. Paddy & Maria are super hosts with great advice from Paddy on where to go etc. Rooms lovely, quiet and peaceful. Breakfasts tasty to set you up for a visit to Tenby or Saundersfoot Bay. Quality guest house. this is how to run an establishment that puts the customer at the heart of what they do. Paddy is a Liverpool fan but don't hold that against him!

Little gem

Best place to stay

Visited last year when I wrote a review - we had booked a night  to get away from campsite in the rain
at the time I gave a good review but highlighted that a broken drain outside meant we could hear rain all night, plus the water from the sink went straight to the floor as there was a problem with the plumbing so we had a soaking wet bathroom floor
The owners were apologetic and we were offered a free night to make amends which we tried to book this year. We were told we could have a free night if we booked a night - i.e. buy one get one free which we didnt want to do. Clearly they have become busy now and only take bookings of two nights or more.
The experience has left a nasty taste in our mouths. We thought it was a genuine offer but this turned out not to be the case. We will be requesting our money back from the night we stayed.
Lesson learned - things may not be as they seem.

disappointing

Last August we stayed one night - it was fine. But the sink in the bathroom was faulty. They very generously offered us a free night to make up for it.

Last week, I thought I would take up the offer for this summer.

Me: "I hope you are well - we stayed with you last August. And you very kindly offered us a free night stay as there was an issue with the bathroom sink.

If this offer is still open, then we would like to take it up and stay with you on Wednesday 14th August? Is this possible?"

Flemish Court: "..during the six weeks(school holidays) I do a minimum of 2 nights  so you would have to stay two nights but pay for one other...I’m not being awkward but as you can appreciate this is our peak season."

Me: "This is disappointing. We only booked one night originally in peak season last August, and I took it that your kind offer was a replacement for that one night. When you made the offer last year, you didn't mention that it was a free night if we booked 2. It seemed like it was just a replacement - 1 for 1.

We don't have two nights available to stay. And if we did, then you would be upselling rather than just replacing the single night we had."

Flemish Court: "...you must have fell lucky that there was one night free between bookings...I’m sorry if this disappoints you but I’m trying to be fair but also to balance it with our business and demand.... I have explained our policy for two night bookings and am sorry I cannot accommodate your request at this time."

Made promises they refused to keep - considering legal action for breach of contract
