We enjoyed our meal at the beefeater thanks to Lauren for her cheerfulness and having a laugh with us and looking after us so well 
Would definitely return in the future

We had a great two night stay, no issues. Nice clean hotel and room.
Friendly staff.
Great location for Carlisle centre and train station.
Breakfast was hot with lots of cold options. Restaurant was nice and clean in the mornings for breakfast, the staff never stop ensuring all is catered for.
Would definitely return if staying in Carlisle.

We arrived without realising that we hadn't actually specified a ground floor room. Karen on reception was really  helpful, and along with her colleague soon got us sorted. Then we found we'd got a serious mechanical issue with our car. Karen gave us the phone number for the nearest dealership before we had found it. Above and beyond customer service. We couldn't fault it. Oh, and the room was of the usual premier standard: spotless with a comfy bed and a cracking shower!

Had a great stay here. Rooms clean, staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Booked the meal deal which was also great value for money giving 2 courses a drink and breakfast. Thanks again will definitely use this hotel again

Stay here all the time on way back from Scotland, great  hotel with great staff,especially Karen who always remembers you  and what you like 👍 
Restaurant next door has friendly staff and good pub food.

Stopover on trip from S.E. to Scotland. Ideally situated beside M6. Also visited Birdoswald (Hadrians Wall). Food from  onsite Beefeater was excellent and great value. Would consider for future visit to Carlisle area.

Fantastic weekend could not fault staff hotel was perfect comfortable value for money food was excellent lots of choices didn’t feel rushed when having breakfast probably best nights sleep we have had in a hotel 

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, I have been visiting for several years and the standard has always been high. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable, all this in a great location. 

Stayed here for a couple of nights in January and I had fantastic service, very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Really impressed with the standard here and will most definitely return and stay for longer.

Comfortable bed and easy check-in. Service was pretty average on check-in and there's not much of a 'reception' (as with most premier inns) but the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable, all the basics that you'd expect from a budget buffet-style breakfast.

Beefeater Carlisle premier inn junction 42

Good choice!

Good location, easy access off M6. Efficient check in (11pm) and helpful staff
Room as expected (a bit clinical).  Very quiet. Surprisingly comfortable bed and extra pillows.  Excellent power shower but only one towel provided.  The bath hadn't been cleaned properly and the room could have done with a deep clean.

Business Over Night Stay

Brilliant Staff

We had a one night stop over on our way to Penrith. The room was clean although a little dated compared to some of the other Premier Inn hotels we stay in. Reception staff were friendly. We paid for breakfast which was ok but could have been better as food was a little cold. Considering it’s next to a busy road we didn’t hear anything.

Just stayed for one night but the hotel was ok for what we needed. 
The receptionist was very friendly and polite.
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and  having extra pillows to use was a bonus. The breakfast at the Beefeater was perfect but the meal the evening before was awful but I will review that separately

The hotel was clean, comfortable, with a nice room. Cot provided as requested for our toddler. When she was sick in the night the staff member was very accomodating with new towels etc. Good friendliness of staff and handy to have the Beefeater next door. Easy parking right by the hotel. Perfect to break up our road trip. Premier Inn seems to be very consistent with comfortable beds (so much so that I've actually bought the pillows and duvet they use).
