Oak Tree Farm

My husband and myself stayed here at the weekend, such a beautiful location, our room was very spacious extremely clean with great amenities, our bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows and you have a choice of a bath or a wet room with a lovely shower! Oak tree farm is located in such a beautiful village with stunning walks along the canals. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, such a lovely hard working family who take pride in their work, I cannot recommend oak tree farm enough. We stayed in number 4 with lovely views over the fields I would definitely give oak tree farm 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lee at the Carvery was amazing!! So Polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again! I’ve seen Lee a few times last visits and he is always smiling and excited to see people. He does anything to make our carvery experience the best!

Great little find tucked away in quiet village location with nice canal side  pub on hand.
Spacious apartments with all you need perfect if you travel with dogs and want your own space

Lovely rooms in scenic surroundings. I felt so relaxed! I stayed here as part of surveying works in the area and normally you don't expect very much of accomodation for work. I was so surprised when we turned into this charming farmhouse with horses that came to greet us! The three French bulldogs on the property are also extremely friendly. I went for a run along the river, crashed into my double bed and had the best night's sleep in ages. In the morning I woke up and ordered a full English breakfast which was on the table in 10 minutes and was delicious.

Would  definitely stay again outside of work!

Tucked away in a little village close to a canal for walks and a short stride to the nearest pub, this little gem has lovely rooms and a fabulous breakfast. We haven't taken our dog there yet but met doggy guests while we were there - very dog friendly.
Stayed there twice now and planning a return trip.

My wife and I traveled to England to visit some friends. We stayed here for the first leg of our trip, and honestly, it was the most comfortable place we stayed in. The rooms were clean, the beds were something you didn’t want to get out of, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. Carol even went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and son’s diet. She made extra sure they had a proper breakfast before setting out in the morning. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. If you’re looking for some quiet downtime in the English countryside, I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Thank you for making 3 Americans feel so welcomed in your country. I honestly can’t wait to visit again.

This hotel is so lovely, me and my boyfriend came to stay here for a family wedding near by as it would have been to expensive in taxi’s there and back home in Walsall but I am so glad we booked it as it was the best night sleep ever the bed was very large and comfortable and the breakfast was beautiful. It is very clean there too and the staff were happy to help. We stayed December 2017 and I am still thinking of it over a year later. Would definitely recommend and return back.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed.
Each table had their own toaster which meant you didn't have to wait for it to arrive and was still warm. Also had own milk hug orange jug with plenty of good coffee. Although they do not serve evening meals there were two good pubs that did within a few minutes walk.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again  if in the area

Stopped here for for two nights 15/16Sept. Beautiful little place well finished, we stopped in room 7. Very quite, nice views lovely breakfast!
Would strongly recommend!
Not to far to walk to the village pubs and canal walks which we enjoyed both.

Great quiet location . Roomy, clean accommodation with plenty of parking. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed for a long weekend but would happily have stayed a week. Got the best sleep in the comfiest bed. 
BUT it wasn’t as advertised. We thought it was b&b it was self catering. We expected a pool but it looked long closed. Communication was weird-an Ansaphone that you can’t leave a message on. A website that doesn’t say much. Texts from a number of different numbers. I thought the one asking for payment and giving bank details was a scam and until we arrived I still wasn’t sure it was real. There’s obviously some sort of transition going on and once that’s sorted I’m sure it will be highly rated again 
If you’re looking for clean, comfortable accommodation in a rural location this is the place for you

Best night sleep I’ve ever had

Beautiful location

Nice B & B, comfortable bed, clean environment. Full English breakfast good, kippers were microwave in a bag and just plopped on the plate. Shower hot, but fitting was loose and unable to angle shower sufficiently. Carpet had a few stains that could have been shampooed. All in all though a nice place, lovely surroundings, friendly people.
