Where do I start? We must have been the "nightmare" clients that every hotelier dreads. We got caught on the M6 in standstill traffic for hours so were late setting up for the Dog Grooming Show we were attending and even later checking in at this delightful little hotel. Henry was simply amazing. NOTHING was too much trouble. I had an unexpected extra member of staff - no problem - Henry put an extra bed put into our room. We had to leave too early for their set breakfasts, but Henry brought a tray up with flasks of cold milk, cereals, juices and fruit each evening. Utterly awesome experience, they went above and beyond. We're very grateful.
