Masai Villa is very homely, comfortable and neat.
Thank you Immaculate our host. Great location, some kilometers distance to all the main tourist attractions around the city.
Generally it's a place to be any time you have a family holiday in Fort portal Tourism City.
My family totally loved it

Very comfortable new bed and very clean room. The hospitality and service-level of staff is top-notch and with a heart. The price is highly reasonable compared to the quality, and the semi-rural setting makes it interesting, while being comfortable at the same time

I genuinely enjoyed my Fort Portal experience at "Masai Villa Back Packers". The dormitory for 6 people was amazing, great rates from $15. Masai Villa your are the best that I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the region.

Stayed 3 nights and really liked it, the place is nice and quiet, and the friendly owner Immaculate is very helpful and can provide a lot of good advices on the area and further. It also was a great opportunity to get to know people living here

I spent four months in Maasai Villa and I spent a very good moment: the room and the bed were comfortable, the shared bathroom was daily cleaned when other visitors were around. For such a long time, the Villa has the advantage to make you feel as at home, at the opposite of a classic hotel. There is a great space outside and the kitchen can be used under some conditions.

Massai Villa is a beautiful, well-managed property - a true home away from home! Immaculate and her family are some of the sweetest and most welcoming people I have ever met. Last summer, a friend and I stayed here for 3 months while working in the area, and could not have been more comfortable. Massai Villa is always clean, very accommodating to individual needs, and in a good, safe location just outside of Fort Portal town. The views from the property are beautiful, and the on-site garden is huge. I look forward to my next stay, and will definitely be returning! Thank you Immaculate for an amazing experience in Uganda!

A colleague and I stayed here for three months while in Fort Portal. Long-term or short-term, this is a wonderful place to stay. Miss Immaculate gave us a very warm welcome, was very knowledgeable about the area, and took very good care of us during our stay. Honestly, one of the best places I have ever stayed.

If you are ever in Fort Portal, whether traveling through or staying for a while, you couldn’t ask for a more accommodating guest house than Maasai Villa. I would highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to come back!

We have spent there 2 days but it was very nice, friendly and unforgetable stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast delicious, place with garden beautiful. Immy organised for us one day journey to visiting tee plantation  and some pleasant walk in Kyatwa Volcanic Fields. We have spent nice day there which allowed us to see not only amazing volcanic lakes, beautiful fields of banan, coffe, vanilia plants but also how local people live and taste a local food. Than the best thing was a time at evening spent on taking and enjoying with Immy. From my heart I reccomend stay there because everyone can find there what he is looking for.

I had an overnight with a friend at Massai villa Guest House and Backpackers home. The ambiance was good, overlooking the hills and the food was perfect.

Lastly, I liked the hospitality of Miss Immaculate who took good care of us at all times. With the new developments coming up, I recommend this facility to any budget traveler.

The place is very nice and cool....i really loved it there and wish to come back....Madam Immy is actually friendly and easy to talk to🤭🙂😀 i enjoyed the evening walks... like the place got a got location,

Nice cuisine and quiet environment

MASAAI VILLA

I really liked this place. It was nice and the location was perfect. The only things that I would add to this place is soap because there was none when I got there and clean the room at least every two days if someone is staying more that two nights. However, everything was really good.
