We just came back from our family week holiday in Starlight Resort and I want to say - the resort is amazing!!!! We travelled from UK with Easyjet. Room- we were given jacuzzi suit for 4 people, but due to location (it was isolated ) after I spoke to the reception, we were offered another one close to the main building. During our stay it was my husbands birthday. We were treated with special place in the restaurant for the day, special room decoration, bottle of wine and small birthday cake. Staff - the staff in the main points (reception, guest relations, bars, spa, entertainment) all speak english enough to serve you. Food - the food and service in the main restaurant - immaculate! There is so much choice and there is everything for everyone - fresh fruits, fish, bakery, salads, sweets. The tables are cleaned as quickly as possible and the staff is doing their best to serve everyone. Yes. It's hard around dinner time, but that's normal and usual in every hotel we have been. Theee are many snacks points and bars around the resort, where you can grab food and drinks. Our favourites were guzleme, ice-cream and coffee/ bubble tea station. The only place I can complain was the 24 hour restaurant- we used it when we first arrived and needed to wait 20 minutes to find out the waiter forgot what we ordered and brought wrong order, and took him 30 minutes to serve drinks although there were only 3 ocupued tables- the staff looks like they were not bothered at all about the customers. Pools - I really recommend 16+ pool, but we visited most of the pools in the resort. We were very pleased with pool bars on most of the pools. SPA- we booked one of their welcome packs. Highly recomend it. The girl looking after me was from Bali and she was so careful. Me and my husband had hamam and relaxing massage. Bars - highly recommend the 16+ bar with live piano music. The mixologist Anil Kuru makes the best cocktail ever! The resort is massive, and we could not explore in full for the week there. It's beautiful and very, very green. It was a pleasure for us to stay with you, and we would gladly be back again.
