Eftalia Aqua Resort – All Inclusive

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and were greeted at reception promptly. We were offered a room upgrade which we declined as we wanted to see our room first before making any decisions. We decided to stick with the original room we were allocated as it appeared large enough for what we needed. A young man assisted us with our bags to our allocated room and gave us assistance with getting the air con working which was needed as the heat felt extreme that evening. We managed to get a sun bed a couple of hours later for our first day and haven’t struggled since - if you are a late riser you may just need to ask for a sun bed to be fetched out for you and someone is always around to assist you if needed. Food - it’s a buffet which changes daily - and whilst we have been here they’re have been themed nights. I have always found something to eat as have my family. In the evening the entertainment team put on different shows which may not always be to taste - but have been good for myself and my family. The island is always available to walk down to if you want to find something a little different or something which runs on a little later. We as a family have had a great time and would be happy to return. Ecem who is part of the entertainment team has always made us feel welcome, she is friendly and polite and just in general a little Gem 💎
