Arrived 22nd July for our 4th visit.had emailed earlier about a room upgrade. When we arrived we where greeted personally by the reception manager who remembered us and also Ali Bey from guest relations,our upgrade room was already prepared with champagne and chocolates on arrival.Room 3000 at the very front of the hotel, massive balcony with jacuzzi bath and sea views.Nothing negative to say,again another fabulous stay with lots of staff happy to see us again,Service was fantastic and food/drink a plenty.My daughter had an ear infection and when we informed guest relations they arranged a late checkout of our room,Thank you Ali Bey!!! you are a gent and a credit to this hotel.The new water park and entertainment area was open and was great with slides and a lazy river.We had a fantastic time and cant wait to come back again in the future.
