Check in was so smooth I wanna thank maya and bachar at the reception ,maya is so a hard worker , she is very careful to guest requests and she did call me as a courtesy call to make sure everything is fine for me in the room This is my first time here in the hotel , the room is so nice and well designed The best thing i like , you have some best thechnology options that some best hotels don't have , like DND and room make up, it was just a digital click from the room The lobby is so clean , reception was well tidy and organised , the service is faster Upon check out i met Mr.noureddin , smily however i did ask him, would u like to check the room before i leave, he said it's okay , no worries , my advise to the managment to let the staff to check the room by housekeeping , because you might have unexpected damages , like TV, Mirrors , Tables ,Chaires,Windows,walls stains maybe ,damaged linen , this could happned and it will cost a lot for the hotel I thank you for trusting the customers , however do check the room always upon check out.
