We arrived and they didn't expect us because it was off season and they usually have everything shut down. However, when we got there Joe and Joey welcomed us with open arms treating us like we were family. Sure there are less buggy rooms in town, but to be up in the mountains in the Jungle with these two guys was awesome. It's too bad that the other reviewers didn't get to see the other side of this place and the owners because from them we got to understand Pai in a deeper way. Joe is a great artist and teacher, very patient, communicates very well, and understands the vibes and energy of a person. After our stay my girlfriend asked if he can teach her how to make a dreamcatcher and without trouble set it up in two days. Can't say enough about them. Anyway, this place IS about 10-15 minutes from the main town on a motorbike. A great draw to this place also is that there are great chill mountain top places to eat within walking distances, the water fall is 4 minutes away on a motorbike, the Chinese Village is right around as well. We stayed there for 3 days, and then went to town to spoil ourselves a little. So I'd recommend if you're in town to try it out for at least 2 nights. I would love to come back when they throw parties! Thanks guys!
