117 reviewsI have stayed a week, never travelled alone before but been to Thailand many times in the past. I really don’t know where to start, I have had the most AMAZING experience. I loved the actual resort, it’s so tucked out of the way it feels like a little oasis, lovely pool. Great terrace with bungalows. Rooms great, cleaned daily, fresh water and towels daily. The activities have been brilliant, just not having to organise anything just show up and join in with other amazing people. You will work up a sweat with each exercise but it’s so much fun, I have laughed so much this week! The team is brilliant they know you by name straight away and will really accommodate you. So many different people with different levels of fitness and it’s so inclusive. The hikes, beach workouts, yoga, strength training, breath work, meditation ice baths all amazing! I have made some unforgettable memories and am so proud of myself for 1 booking and getting there and 2 participating in activities that I didn’t think were for me. The food here is beautiful tasty and plentiful. I am not vegetarian but I enjoyed every meal! Was t one I didn’t enjoy! The team here work so hard to ensure you have a brilliant time and are getting what you came for. I will be back but for 2 weeks next year! I’m going home fitter, less stressed and with a different mindset towards training and food. Thank you so much for making this an invigorating beautiful trip x
