It is located in old city centre, opposite Wat Pra Singha, around 500m to Wat Che Di Luang.

Cheap price and comfortable room.

But Shower room need to improve - electric boiler does help in the cold day.

Room basic but clean and comfortable and well ventilated. Lady on reception very helpful with arranging trips, onward travel and where to go in the area. Good English. Lovely place to eat opposite. Breakfast is make your own with toast, cereals and hot drinks. Only down side was not being allowed to use the seating area downstairs in the evening so had to be in room for planning etc. 

Good location, helpful staff

The hostel is not bad, what I find most annoying is that you have to take off your shoes every time you arrive at the hotel reception and to climb the stairs that are not especially clean to climb barefoot, only the reception has a carpet. Clean room. Very narrow bathroom, the shower is in front of the toilet, there is barely space and you leave everything full of water.The lady at the reception is very nice and attentive.You have to leave 500 THB in deposit for the key when you arrive at the hotel.

It's a good hostel for those who are hungry.

Napbox is synonymous with excellent treatment, impeccable cleaning and excellent location.The first day we arrived very early and were invited to breakfast and were given the room at 9am.Typically comfortable double room with air conditioning.The lady who runs the hotel is charming and speaks perfect English.We help not only on the routes but also on the routes because it is cheaper to check them out with her because it does not take a commission and guarantees that they are good activities but also advises us and helps us to book transport and hotels along the route through Thailand.For us, a 10.

This place is great! The location is perfect, centrally located within the old town so you can explore the entire square easily. It is also right in front of the popular temple "wat prat singh" and literally right outside the hostel's doors you will find the Sunday market filled with food and crafts (if you're there on a Sunday.) The staff is incredibly friendly, the lovely lady at the front desk went out of her way to help me with a lot of the details of my trip. She is wonderful! The place is very clean and so quiet! I was in a 4 bedroom by myself for all of my stay. I was shocked that it wasn't packed! I felt like I found a hidden gem. Definitely recommend it!!

Great Stay

Excellent location in front of one of the most interesting temples in Chiang Mai and on one of the central streets with many shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, agencies. The lady at the reception, available, responds to every need, the room in which we stayed was not very large and with few supports but cmq comfortable for our needs, wifi functioning and a/c as well. The bathroom is clean, a little small but for us it was not a problem to adapt. There is a small free coffee space but at the time of our stay breakfast was not planned.

Good accommodation in an excellent location in Chiang Mai

The location is perfect because it is in the old town part of Chiang Mai, so many places can be reached on foot. In addition, the staff is very friendly and easy to manage whatever you want to do. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioning works great. They collaborate with a travel agency SABAI that is next to the hostel that gets the excursions at recommended prices. I would stay there again if I returned to Chiang Mai!!

Hostel is highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good. The room was clean and the ac worked fine. We had a great stay at this place. If you are looking for activities to do in Chiang Mai, ask Ms. Sassy in the tourist agency downstairs, next to the seven eleven. She was very reliable and professional. Don't miss the cooking class at Asia Scenic Thai Cooking School. 

Very nice hostal 

It's a really nice little hotel in the city! Very clean in the lobby as well as the rooms. Courteous home. Very safe place with smart to access the rooms. We had a room with 4, 2 double beds and it was ok for 1 night because the room is not very big for 4 people with a backpack but really clean, comfortable bed and nice and well maintained room. A/C works ok for the size of the room!
