Outstanding customer service, fun and friendly staff. The dinning options were fantastic and very well prepared. Plenty to do at the resort if you desire. It was a very relaxed environment, we felt completely taken care of. We look forward to visiting again.

Attentive friendly staff. Food quality was good. My only negative is dinner doesn't start until 7:30. I'm usually heading for bed at that time.

Stolen Time was even better than my wife and I had expected.  We had reviewed the web site for Stolen Time and had a good idea of the property's features, but it was far exceeded. The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. The dining options were great and the food excellent.

This was the friendliest place I ever been to and I travel all over the world definitely returning

Staff was wonderful. Bed super comfortable facilities are nice.. hot tub didn’t work while we were there. But overall it was wonderful! Very relaxing and quiet.

I highly recommend Stolen Time you won't be disappointed..  I have to say I fell in love with St. Lucia but the Hotel and the attention of the Staff was above and beyond of what I was expecting..  When I go again to St. Lucia I will be staying again here at the Stolen Time without a doubt.   The hotel is very clean and the events that they have daily at night were incredible awesome.  I do have to say that the staff is super friendly and that is also very important.   My trip was so much fun and that was thanks to Stolen Time.

We travel a lot to different exotic destinations around the world.   Stolentime Rendevous simply exceeded all of our expectations.  Starting with the ride from the airport, to the initial cold towel for our heads upon arrival and delicious welcome punch we knew we were in for a treat of a week.  The Staff was absolutely amazing, attentive, well trained to treat their guests with the highest level of service we’ve ever experienced.  Then there was the FOOD!  It’s difficult to put into words how amazing each and every meal was at Stolentime.  The attention to detail on each a-la-carte dish for both lunch and dinner was truly incredible.  When I say we were blown away with the quality, freshness and variety of dishes each day, is an understatement.  Having 5 star lunches on the beach with our feet in the sand at Malabar was pure bliss.  Each bite, each meal was better than the last. The gardens were beautiful, the private pools along the lazy river were something out of a fantasy.  The servers were always there re-filling drinks and all happy to do so.  Tasha, the pool Cocktail server was amazing. Her famous phrase of ”NIIIIICEEEE” was so funny, calming and reassuring that our relaxing vacation was going to continue all week.  The event coordinator, also the personal trainer at the gym brought great energy as we participated in woman vs. men Olympics (which the men won 😉).I would recommend this resort to everyone and we surely will be going back in the near future to enjoy!

Wonderful. That staff in particular are incredibly helpful, fun, and go out of their way to make sure that everyone has a really great time. We met people that were on their 18th trip to Stolentime and I know why. This is small enough to be intimate and incredibly friendly yet still has all the facility and activities that you could want.

*FYI there is no transportation in this all inclusive package. May be normal for some people to know this, however this is the first time we encountered having no ride at the airport**Expedia should definitely highlight that this so it’s customers are fully aware*The hotel provides instant relaxation. The staff at Stolentime make everything effortless from the moment you arrive. You feel spoiled and welcomed. This resort attracts those who want to have a quiet place to relax and unwind. Our room (terrace room) did not have a TV and this allows you to fully take advantage of the whole day in paradise. We came here 14 years ago and it did not disappoint. In fact it was better. Thank you Stolentime for a lovely holiday!

The staff at this property were absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for R&R (rest and relaxation) this is the place to be, it’s very quiet here! It almost gives retirement home vibes. Beware, if you’re a resident of the US, you will need an adapter for your electronics e.g. phone, iPad, sleep apnea machine (lol). The gift shop on property does not sell the adapter. Also, there are no televisions on the property. The pools are nice and there is a lazy pool, but not a lazy pool where you ride on a tube around the property because there are stairs! It’s a walking (lazy pool) if that makes any sense! The beach on property is not as great as I would have wished for,  but it sufficed, considering it rained 5 of the 7 days we were there (real bummer!) All in all, I had a good time but for the price point, I could have stayed somewhere a little more fun! The main airport UFV is more than a hour away and the taxis are pricey. I will end this review by stating it was a nice experience and again, the staff is top notch. However, I will not be a returning customer to this property.

You will not be disappointed. You’re treated superbly by the staff and the locals. The resort is clean, quiet, and beautiful. You will be amazed by the beautiful gardens and the cleanliness of the resort. The cottages that sit on the beach are amazing and you have a perfect view of the sunset from that location. The nighttime entertainment is amazing with the variety of performers that cater to several genres of music. The Restaurants are great with a very upscale selection of à la cart meals. we will definitely return for another vacation.

We loved our stay at Rendezvous! My fiancé and I came here for our honeymoon. The staff treat you like royalty and always remember your name when you enter a room! They had so many fun activities for you to enjoy if you want, but the atmosphere for relaxation is top notch! We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful and quiet boutique hotel. Everyone is friendly and they work hard to make your experience wonderful! We enjoyed the bars, restaurants, gym, water activities, on site scuba, salsa dance lesson, swim up bar, made to order breakfast, chef prepared lunches and dinners. Our vacation was awesome ! We had one plug that did not work and the repairman fixed it immediately ! I’ve never seen such speedy service. I’d highly recommend this property to couples who want a quiet, quaint and beautiful experience. You leave refreshed and relaxed!!!! Everyone is nice!! The island vibe to relax and enjoy is in full force- good vibes everyday.

The property and staff are great, they treat you excellent all the time. We stayed there for a week and all staff were really courteous and attentive. The food is delicious with different selections every day, you will not go hungry. It’s a only adult resort, so just perfect if you don’t want kids around. The only bad experience we had was with the excursions we booked through the concierge at the hotel, specifically the sulfur springs and rum tours. It all felt rushed to just get you in and out as fast as possible. It was just a money making scheme for our guides, didn’t even spend 5 min in the mud bath before being rushed out, not to mention it was packed with other groups . Not worth it for the price . I hope they fix that. Rum tour was also rushed , were were supposed to come back to the hotel on a boat but apparently the boat driver forgot so we waited an hour before a taxi picked us up. No apology or refund from the hotel either. That’s our experience.

Every staff went out of their way to give you first rate service. Food was over the top good. Owners need to go a little further updating the rooms, ie new mattress pads, faster internet, small appliances. No dives were included as advertised. I had to go to a local dive shop and buy a package, can't blame the weather for not diving, as other hotels and shops were on the water.
