Room very nice and clean, Thank you all maid that clear our (messy) room so well and clean. But reception staffs here were terrible service, seem their face was freezing, no any energy, no passion to work even service mind, which they should have. Tone of voice when we checked in seem like we asking them to stay for free. We stayed there for 4 nights and hope should have some staff be a good service. But never met at this hotel. If any of you don't care about. We are not surprise that have not much guest here. Only young age who join Octagon pub and back home!
