Nice, pretty spacious room with a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a good shower.

It's welcoming.

Gyeongju city is very beatiful. the hotel is close to the bus terminal and the main tourist attraction. the room is small but clean, the breakfast is only leg that you need to cook by yourself and wash your dish

Located on a quiet street but close to main bus terminal, bus station, restaurants, shopping streets and a few attractions. We had the Korean style quad room with attached bathroom. It is clean. The futons are quite thin so we layered them for more comfort. Our advice for other guests is not to book the futon room if you are not fond of sleeping on hard surface. There are rooms with normal bed in this guesthouse.

Simple breakfast is provided in the kitchen downstairs. The owners are very nice people. We were unsure about how to operate the washer in a self service laundry nearby and she was so kind to go with us and helped. An hour later, she sent her husband to the laundry to see if we are alright. Really thoughtful and caring.

We had a pleasant stay here and we enjoyed Gyeongju too. 

Good guesthouse, convenient location

The guesthouse is located 10 minutes' walk from the bus terminal. The reception is impeccable, even if the Korean couple doesn't speak much English, we get along very well! The room is spacious with a real bathroom:) You even have a coffee shop right next to the guesthouse run by the same owners. The breakfast is complete and the price-quality ratio is very good. I recommend this guesthouse if you stay a few days or less in Gyeongju.

Well located guesthouse.

We came with our family (3 young kids) and all fitted in one Korean style 4 futons room. Obviously you need to roll up the futons at the end of the night but the purpose of the city is not to stay locked up in a room inside, as beautiful would it be.

It's in a walking distance from the Tumuli, the parcs, the night market where you need to eat 😁 Yummi!

The hosts are wonderful and makes you feel at home.

Very cool stay

There is no one at the reception counter, I need to shout for the owner every time.  These included the time when I check-in and also at breakfast time when I found out that the bread, egg and juice were not there (of course I need to cook the egg myself) as the owner was still sleeping.  I felt sorry to wake her up but I was leaving on that morning so I need to wake her up even if I did not take the breakfast.

Friendly n nice hotel

It's located near the city bus terminal. It's a very welcoming host. It's a nice cafe at the restaurant. The room is small. The shower is on the floor. There's no closet. There's only a hanger. There's no TV. There's no fridge. The internet is good. The panties are small, two to three. They're covered, with holes. And there's a suspicion that the bed hasn't changed since the previous guests.

For one or two nights.

조용하고 깨끗해서 괜찮았습니다. 4인 도미토리에서 지냈고 화장실 따로 있었습니다. 방이랑 화장실이 바로 연결되어 있는 구조가 아니라서(현관쪽으로 방문과 화장실 분리) 더 조용하고 좋았던것같네요. 수압이 엄청 좋은편은 아니지만 불편할정도는 아닙니다. 아침 주시고 수건은 추가 시 500원입니다.

Quiet and clean room with separate bathroom. 4 people shared the bathroom, so no rush needed. Host provides breakfast at 8am(earlier breakfast also possible upon request). One towel is provided, extra will cost you 500₩. Common room in the basement where you can hang out, watch TV, etc.

Okay place to stay for short period

Great location - an easy walk from the Bus Station and just blocks from downtown Gyeongju's historic sites and market. Lovely, tasteful decor with a bountiful container garden to greet you. I started my day with a delicious cappuccino from their cafe. Yum!
