This cozy guesthouse is located in the residential neighbourhood. The friendly host Ms. Kim Sun Sim able to speak minimum English but she understood English quite well. We stayed for 3 nights.  The rooms were very clean and cozy. The shared kitchen can be used from 8am until 11pm; there were coffees, tea, juices and bottle water to share. Bread, eggs and Korean instant noodles were provided in the shared kitchen. There were lot of different types of restaurants in the surrounding, the tourist attractions were all within walking. Perfect guesthouse to stay in Gyeongju.

Excellent location to walk around Gyeongju.

Great reception and advice from the owner (in Korean!), ideal and quiet location. A real experience. Cooking available with eggs, honey loaves and noodles. Very brief comfort (but this is the idea), whereas the room for 4 is very small, very expensive to offer.

Nice experience but expensive

There's very little room, at least in a room of three. Actually, the whole room is filled with photons, and a tiny tea table. There's a couple of hangers on each wall, but they're not very profitable if you're traveling with things. There's also a lot of room in the bathroom. So you live with the bags you've collected. And the format of living in general is for the amateur, the traditional dining room has to be morally acceptable. The kitchen is really small, there's no problem with breakfast, because the Koreans (who made up the bulk of the customers) have breakfast early.

Moral training is needed

The accommodation is absolutely lovely, beautiful, a dream come true.In the kitchen you can find ingredients for one to prepare simple meals, 24 hours a day.You can walk to the royal tombs.

 Absolutely perfect!

It's tucked away in the middle of the neighbourhood, and we had a little trouble finding the guesthouse the first time.

But besides that, the guesthouse was great! Very homely environment, with a lovely courtyard. And the rooms, albeit very small, were very, very cosy. The space was very clean, and the host was very warm and hospitable, who gave us sightseeing tips, and even helped us call a cab when we checked out.

Very clean and cosy rooms!

This is a Korean traditional house with a beautiful front garden. Really clean, conveniently located. You can reach by foot to some major touristic sights.There are tables and benches in the garden. We stayed in a small room for max 2 people. The room can be quite small, but it didn't bother us at all. Everything is clean and well maintained. Best value for money. I'll definitely come back again.
