Excellent accommodation in this hotel, nice location in the centre of Saly, proper, comfortable and rather well equipped rooms, but a little old hotel that would be worth doing some repairs, for example, reviewing the electrical sockets and faucets, decomposed...

A welcoming and well located hotel

We spent the night in this establishment the staff is very welcoming and smiling the rooms are basic but clean we stayed on a Saturday night and all night we heard singing it is in the heart of the city so we have the advantages and disadvantages

Clean and welcoming

La Hacienda is located in the center of the downtown area of Saly which results in easy access to banks and restaurants. The downside of the central location is the sounds from the outside world that filter in, particularly at night. On the other hand, those sounds would be there unless you stay far from the center. This usually happens only late at night and is not terrible if you wear earplugs. I enjoyed my stay there: the wifi was very reliable, the beds were firm, the room was spacious and kept clean by a good staff, there is a pool if you wish to swim, and everyone was friendly. For the money, this was a good stay. I would return.

A Nice Room at a Good Price

A fair solution with affordable prices (around 50 € per night for a double room) in the heart of Saly without being satisfied with cheap but really bad hotels and without spending fortunes on the top-class resorts in Senegal. This hotel, has beautiful and spacious rooms equipped with comfort all arranged around a beautiful central swimming pool, clean and well maintained.

I can't confirm the brothels, they're officially massage parlors. Saly is a French tourist destination that shouldn't necessarily be the destination of individual tourists. The room was OK, the best thing was the open roof terrace that offers a good view. The breakfast was awesome! The service was friendly.

A very nice establishment that offers a bubble of tranquility in the heart of Saly with an excellent quality/price ratio. A top team. A very well-entered hotel. A very nice swimming pool. And a terraced roof that gives a nice view of the village and the sea...

Hotel was clean and affordable. They looked after my motorbike. It is located across from about 7-10 brothels, so if that's your thing...
Saly is a terrible place. It is essentially just a town for prostitution. I just wanted to go to the beach which was impossible as the second I left my hotel I was pestered by a million people trying to get me to their restaurant or whorehouse. As soon as I got rid of one, another came. Try the beaches south, Nianing, for a more relaxing time.

Saly is awful. This hotel is average

It's the ideal hotel to go for a few days and enjoy the night in Saly.It's located 2 minutes from the night centre you don't need to take a taxi which is always a roller coaster.And it has a small swimming pool to give you a bath when you come from the beach.

I paid 35,800 francs or 54 euros, which I find expensive but the hotel is expensive in Senegal. Clean and proper room Points to improve: - Wi-Fi was not working in my room - catastrophic breakfast (a crustacean and microwave bread, also a heated coffee, a chemical orange juice) - room women lying on the swimming pool trays who spend their time chatting

Proper and clean hotel

There's so much to say about this hotel. In sum, everything seems simple on the front, but inside a real little architectural treasure, the air conditioning that works perfectly especially during periods of high heat. You have to say that when you were there the hotel was not at the maximum filling rate, which makes you feel like kings, not to mention the staff who always took little care, especially Julie.
