Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The main landmark is the Nevsky Prospekt metro station, from which guests need to walk. Nothing to complain. Staff is well versed in english, a bit of spanish too so all the time any issue, we could have it solved.
Smooth check in, and the food next to at Khinkali, outstanding.

Very clean! Wi-fi is excellent! Staff very good. Location excellent.
What was bad
To complicate position of elevators. I was on 6th floor so every time I have to use two elevators in opposite side of hotel.
