Lazurnoye Gnezdyshko Flat is located on the border of Kudepsta and Khosta, 16 km from the center of Sochi. Robinson Beach (Central) is within walking distance. Also nearby are the beaches of the Kudepsta sanatoriums (Avtomobilist and Kudepsta), as well as the wild beaches of Khosta. The road to the beach and to Kudepsta passes by the temple in honor of Fyodor Ushakov. Developed infrastructure of the nearest settlement Kudepsta is at the guests' disposal (within walking distance). 24-hour chain store, cafes, shops, markets, canteens.

At the flat

The flat is suitable for a small family (two adults and a child) both for a short vacation or business trip, and for a long stay.

At the guests' disposal: household appliances (washing machine and detergents, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, TV, iron), double bed with bed linen, armchair-bed (80 cm), which can be unfolded into a full single bed, hygiene products (terry towels). The kitchen area is equipped with utensils for cooking and eating. There is always coffee, tea, and sunflower oil on the shelf of the kitchen cabinet.
