The location is great!
The bed was comfortable, and so were pillows. The room was clean, and once I entered the room I saw a welcome card with my name on it, and a plate of cookies :)
Everything was super clean!
Fantastic experience! The gentleman that helped me check in was polite, very friendly. I believe His name was Alex.
What was bad
Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Everything was great!

Great location. Outstanding reception service, delicious meals in the hotel restaurant. Very close to the center, 15-20 mins by walk to Mayakovskaya, 30-40 mins to the Red Square.

The hotel located near many breakfast restaurants and coffee shops. Also you can reach the Metro station by 5min walking. Quite and clean.
What was bad
The receptionist guy “Alexay” asked for a tip too many times when we checked in late at midnight. He said he upgraded our room but it was the same we booked. At the end we gave him what he asked as we were exhausted!
