Despite booking in advance, we received no check-in details for 2.5 days. It was only after we made multiple calls that the owner finally responded

Нам искренне жаль, что ваше пребывание не оправдало ожиданий. Однако хотим прояснить некоторые важные моменты.
Вы прибыли в апартаменты значительно раньше официального времени заселения, в то время как уборка ещё не была завершена. Несмотря на это, по вашей настоятельной просьбе мы пошли навстречу и допустили ранний заезд. Однако клинеру было велено покинуть квартиру до окончания уборки, что, естественно, сказалось на её качестве.
Все заявленные проблемы мы старались оперативно решать. Вода в апартаментах была в наличии — её нужно было лишь включить. На все ваши обращения мы реагировали максимально быстро и предложили альтернативный вариант размещения, который, к сожалению, вами был отклонён.
Жаль, что вместо конструктивного диалога вы предпочли общение на повышенных тонах. Мы всегда открыты к сотрудничеству, но рассчитываем на уважительное отношение и соблюдение установленных правил проживания.
