Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 22:00. Guests are required to contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Personal check-in to the apartments is made until 06:00 PM. Guests can receive instructions for remote check-in and agree on the payment of the deposit and cleaning until 10:00 PM.
Cleaning cost: studio — RUB 900.00, from two weeks — RUB 1800.00; apartment — RUB 1100.00, from two weeks — RUB 2200.00.
Deposit and cleaning are paid by card transfer only, the hotel does not accept other payment options. The deposit amount is returned upon departure.
When checking in with pets, a deposit is required. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the pets: if the pets is small, then the deposit amount is RUB 3000.00, if it is large, then RUB 5000.00. When leaving the deposit, it is returned RUB 500.00 less if no damage has been caused. |
