My fiancée and I were greeted into the establishment by the lovely faces of the director and one of their young receptionists. They were kind enough to offer us an upgrade from a double bedroom to an apartment with a huge balcony facing the sea! The room, super clean, spacious and with beautiful natural lighting. The hotel’s services were impeccable. Unfortunately, the pool was out of use, however on the last day of our stay when the pool opened, they made sure to offer us free access. The pool is huge. The breakfast was varied enough. Overall, an amazing experience. Keep up the good work, we had and amazing time!

Nice place!

Booked this hotel on 2 occasions in July and August, for 4 and 6 nights! Happy to see they kept the same high standard, impeccably clean, nice view over the pool from the 4th floor, free parking and wi fi (parking can be an issue, but there is an empty private parking lot just 50 yards away that is asking only £9 per day). Yes, you need to pay for the pool (£4 per person per day) but as I said before, it keeps hoards away, and yes, the head shower is fixed in the wall (get a grip guys, it's the American system that can be actually found in all major US, actually North American hotels) and is fine. Great price, £100 per night for the flat, and a bit cheaper towards the end of august, would definitely come back! Thank you

Great to be back! A true 4 stars

They have only a few parking places in front of the hotel and in case they are already occupied, the closest available parking is at about 300 m distance; they don't allow you to park in front of the hotel for a few minutes just to unload your luggage, so you have to carry them from  the parking place
In the case of apartments, if you need to use the coach  for sleeping, bring a mattress with you, as the mattress inside the coach is very thin and uncomfortable; they don't have available any additional mattress

Great room, friendly staff, everything clean in the room, and it's also sucked and cleaned every day, including the Internet, and breakfast is included with a wide selection of items for everyone.

Best hotel in the area

Like many hotels in Mamaia,have maximum 2stars in stead of 4.There are many signs in this hotel where you can see that it was build in the 60’s.Much to expensive for the accommodation it gives back to the tourists.They charge extra if you wanna go to the poolside

2x3 room,u have to pay for pool!Expensive food or coffe,drinks from Hotel Restaurant.They just use vacum cleaner every day,thats all.U cant even move the shower from bathroom.2 single beds close to each other(i got 2xroom)if u go with a babay the one who sleep in the middle will fall down.I dont recomand.Even them rooms are expensive for 4* but u dont have the conditions.

Worst hotel I ever been. Zero service. Unfriendly staff without willing to help in any situation. Water in shower only medium warm. Cleaning service of our rooms I didn't see during the 5 days I stood in the hotel. Begging for toilet paper. Not possible to print your boarding passes. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. If you wish to have a pleasant vacation, please chose another accommodation. They say they are a 4*star hotel. Don't understand why. For me it's max. 2* :(( totally disappointed

Worst hotel ever

We arrived on the 20th of August 2018 and left on 25th of August. It was a pretty good stay, in a more “quiet” area. The hotel is really close to the beach, even though it doesn’t have rooms with sea view. 
The breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from, but the coffee was terrible and if you wanted a better one you had to pay for it. 
The pool is really big and clean. The people there were ready to help you at any time and we enjoyed that.
The rooms were clean. One thing that we didn’t like was that we got there and they didn’t give us clean sheets for the third bed and we had to ask about 3 times at the reception until we got them.
The restaurant is really expensive compared to other restaurants around and we had to wait for our waiter for about 15 minutes before someone noticed us, but the food was good.
In conclusion, it’s a nice hotel, but not the greatest.
