Beautiful location and very friendly staff,food excellent

We stayed a long weekend here and it was very relaxing. We played ping pong, billiard and tried some light winter sports as there was a slope maintained on the property. They also have a pool and sauna available for clients. Very nice place for having fun with your family:)

Hi,It seems something happened to this resort .the services are better, quality of food superior ,tasteful ,fresh and most important thing staff very friendly and positive attitude 
Rooms are very cozy,clean and comfortable.spa zone with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi,sauna are  really very nice and clean...restaurant offer various breakfast and delicious and fresh romanian dishes..well done! and keep going Europark

Very quiet area, a lot of space (45000 square meters), excellent tennis and football area, good covered pool, very good food. We also played snooker and table tennis. The area is beautiful for relaxing. Good local wine, palinka and afinata(with alchool).

This weekend we were with work colleagues in teambuilding at guesthouse Euro-Park***** from Fundata Brasov .
I can only say that everything was superb. Start with the landscape which is one dream ( shame that some people do not appreciate the beauty of this country ) , with tennis and football . Rooms are very clean, spacious and specially arranged and very cousy .
The more I was delighted how the staff behaved with us, like true professionals, we lacked nothing..
After a long foot ride we 've relaxed in the pool with warm water. The food was very tasty .

I highly recommend this hotel which is really a broken corner of paradise , we definitely will attend again.

I`ve had a most wonderful experience at this pension with my collegues. We`ve had a 3 days team building and everything was pleasant and real nice. Food was very good, the rooms were very clean and the pool was everything we needed for a perfect relax.

I stayed here only 2 nights.   the place itself is beautiful overlooking the mountain  . Place was clean and vey comfortable.  breakfast is very good and so is dinner. Now for the negative no receptionist to welcome you. If you go late you stay outside.  Too many bus loads of hikers stay there and they are catered to 1st  Since i did not get a paper of when to check out i did not know.  If you want to stay an extra day and pay they will not accommodate.   They open pool at 11:00a when people check out!!! so nobody uses as it closes 8:00p at night. So after a tiring day at the castles pool is closed. They must get more staff and they should be more nicer to the solo travelers not just the bus loads.

Wonderful Place in Romania

Accommodation in winter - Feb 2022

Positive feedback:
- very clean
- very hot, including water
- The location is further from the main road and the view is beautiful
- quite good and diverse breakfast
- restaurant ok

Negative feedback:
- disturbance of peace -> at midnight, Saturday night (26.02.2022), big party in the hotel restaurant and fireworks were given that we were all scared (I don't know if they had authorization / pyrotechnicians)
- there is no ramp to get off with a stroller from the parking lot / accommodation to the restaurant, there are only steps
- we left on 28.02.2022 - 12:00 noon, in heavy snow, and the parking lot / entrance of the complex is located below the access road, but we struggled for an hour to get out of there because it was not not at all snowy.

OK-ish

I stayed here during last weekend for two nights with other two couples. We had an all inclusive package, without the drinks included. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I do not think I would return. Below I detail the pros and cons from my view.

Pros:
- quite new complex, therefore the rooms are not outdated (we stay in Vila 2 and there the photos were taken)
- slippers and bathrobes in the room
- football and tennis courts
- nice staff who helped us whenever it was needed
- common area for fun activities: billiard table, playing cards etc
- the rooms are warm and we were able to adjust our own radiators

Not so nice:
- the food was included in the package as buffet. Unfortunately, the offer is extremely limited and you may risk not to find something to like. Furthermore, they use to bring in the buffet area quite small quantities of food and you will have to wait with the plate in your hands ... you feel like you are begging, not like you payed for it.
- The complex has a pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna, but do not expect for something very modern or a 5 star experience as the complex pretend to be. Smells of chlorine everywhere so we decided not to test them. Moreover, the fun area is situated in the main building and if you stay in a villa at the entrance of the complex, you will have to to go out in the cold.
- it is not allowed to bring alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages from outside. This won't be a problem because there is a staff that cleans after you so it won't be fair to have your own drinks and not to consume from their bar. The problem is that the drinks are not very cheep.

Nice, but I won’t return

I stayed here for 2 days and the check-in procedure was smooth, the lady at the counter really friendly. Was kind of surprised when I noticed that there's a form of ~ 8 pages to be read before checking in (which had a lot of warnings and conditions).

The rooms are on the old side, it was probably created/renovated some 5-10 years ago but now it looks pretty bad, the bed mattresses are springy, the furniture in the rooms quite beaten, even some power plugs which are broken. The bathroom was alright, it included a window as well. Hot water wasn't a problem, room was warm enough. 

Now, given that this is a "resort" I decided to try the amenities in the first day, which by the way, are not included in the room price. Bad choice, the pool is quite small and also full of chlorine which immediately irritated my throat and eyes, couldn't really swim that much. Cannot comment on the jacuzzi and the sauna, they were both closed although included in the fee that I paid for 1 access (35 lei).

The restaurant is another story. The included breakfast is your typical buffet, pretty decent but quite tight (only served 8-10). The a-la-carte side of it (which you have to visit 2 times a day, for lunch and dinner) had quite under par food and pretty expensive as well for what it offered. I am normally willing to try a lot of different stuff and I did here too - was only pleasantly surprised by the "pork wing" dish, the others I tried (pasta, papricas, sheep pastrami, chcicken schnizel and so forth) were well below par not to mention that the cooks are really rigid - you cannot order a main course with a switched side dish or even a side dish separately, you are forced to order a full meal even though you may only want to try something small. This, of course, given that you have no choice there, there's only one restaurant and according to the rules, you are not allowed to eat anything else on the public premises.

A friend has arrived to have a drink with us one night (didn't stay more than 1 hour) and I was surprised when he told me that his wife (who remained in the camper van that they arrived with) was scared by 3 resort employees and threatened, only when she warned with calling the police was left alone.

Overall I would say it's pretty overrated, very expensive for what it offers and probably there are better choices around the area.
