Great breakfast: cereals, milk, butter, jam, honey, tea, coffee, eggs, cheese, vegetables, fruits (apples), croissant, sausages, fresh bread, for all cravings  Large rooms with balcony.  Cleaning. I even found a personalized welcome message in the room, along with a little attention from the chocolate.  Very nice

After argue with previous landlord who forgot to book our room in his hotel, we have been moved Terra. It's amazing, classy furnitures, calm and warm service. Cheap and delicious breakfast. I recommend this place!

Delightful place

The rooms are big and clean, close to the Alba Carolina and some convenient stores. The lady from the Pension its not that nice but she is doing her best. Its a good place to stay if you are transiting or just visiting Alba 1-2 days.

Good for one night

First,we saw the pension on Booking,it was 142 ron/ night.we went to see it and when we arrived there, the lady at the reception said it's 200 ron/night.we told her that on the internet the price was another so she told us that she will rent it to us for 150.we went to see the rooms,but there weren't as nice as in the pictures, so we said good bye.Very unpleasant experience!

Horrible!

Really kitsch place, pretty far from the city center. They have all kinds of extra charges for toiletries, towels etc and there  was a bad smell in the bathroom. We were asked what time do we prefer to have breakfast, we said 9:30, we got down and we waited for 30 minutes to get it. Breakfast was poor, they didn't even have milk for it. Also, the owner/receptionist entered our room without knocking, it was really rude and creepy. At 80 lei per room maybe it's worthed but at 163 lei definitely not. 

Not worthed, not even for a night! 

The bathroom smells like sewage, the hot water stopped working in the middle of my shower, there is just one towel in a room for two people, no hair dryer, if you want shampoo and soap it costs extra. In front of the room there's a restaurant which makes a lot of noise. Also there's no parking space, just in the street. Definitely Not worth the money.
