Great, safe place to stay. Five minutes from the train. Walking distance to lots of sights

The cleanliness is hats off! Room is spacious and even the shared toilet is always neat.Two minor drawbacks related to the hot water when taking a shower. The boiler works for 40 seconds then there's cold water for a minute then hot water again for 40 seconds. So make sure to take a quick bath or manage the situation.Also the elevator is out of date. Although functional but has this annoying condition that you need to close the internal door so that it can be called by other.So imagine yourself getting back late at night exhausted and you wait for it to go to the 4th floor then you find out that someone has used it and forgot to close the internal door so it is stuck somewhere up. You will have to go up using the stairs. Now imagine the same situation with bags in your hands..

The room was tidy and the bed comfy, nice cotton sheets. They met us dowat 1:30 am which was nice. Close to everything,  a kitchen is available if needed.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely use this hotel again. We enjoyed a fabulous experience here.

This is a budget accommodation where for a reasonable price you can get a room with private bathroom; therefore, expect a far from spotless decoration, wonky bits and dodgy appliances. That said, the room I had was spacious and bright, with plenty of storage space, a really large bathroom and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, overlooking a nice and quiet square. Beds are comfortable. Spare blankets and pillows are provided. Rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. Reception is open 24/7 and they can speak English. Good wi fi. Should you need it, there is a fridge on each floor and a communal kitchen on the 4th.  Metro, bus and tram stops are within no more than 2 minutes walking. Lidl and Auchan supermarkets, grocery and fruit and veg stores, plenty of eateries, cafes and restaurants specialising in any kind of cuisine, including vegetarian and vegan, are in a radius of less than 10 minutes. As in any other European city, there is a fair share of destitute and homeless people around but I have never been bothered. Oh, and I found the old fashion lift rather cool.

Everything was good except it's right beside what seems to be  lots of refugee camps.

Property is located in. Very weird area where there are many squatters.

Our view was the homeless tent. At first when we got there it seemed like an sketchy neighborhood. But after staying, it felt pretty safe. We liked it.

Room was very clean , harder bed, area close to encampment area however no issues , kitchen to use

It's a simple room in a good location. It's 10 minutes to the city center. I like they have 24/7 front desk service.

Great value for money

Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff. Well situated and great condition. Only con is that our room was next to the kitchen and due to the thin walls, we could here other residents using the kitchen and talking as loud as ever, however this isn’t exactly the hotels fault and in the end, it made us wake up and leave earlier which wasn’t all bad.Overall I would stay again, I’d just ask for a more quiet area for the room.
