My City Suites At Seibu Tower

Home away from home for us. The host is very considerate and warm. We arrived late and still answered our queries kindly. The place is clean, well kept, and simply decorated. Bath and kitchen are complete with basic amenities. The towels and linen are clean and soft. Security is good and the personnels are friendly. For an affordable price, we hit a jackpot place to stay in the middle of BGC. Will definitely stay here
next time we’re in the city!

Tried to stayed here overnight since my office is just a few blocks away and it was late already, room is less than $100,they also accepts credit cards, checked in in 5 mins. Room is nice and a value for money, there's a small kitchen, bathroom is clean and smells good,, overall, room is nice... staffs are accommodating and very helpful,  breakfast is good. This is a perfect location for a short and long term stay.. haven't seen the pool since I still need to go at work early morning, but will surely come back here to enjoy the pool next time.:)

My friends and i stayed at this place overnight and the first time we opened the door, we loved it.. we specifically stayed at unit 14b. the staffs were very friendly. even if it's 3am and you need something, they'll serve you, still with a smile! 

Compared to the hotels withing BGC, this place is the cheapest. and they allow 4 adults! some hotel/condo only allows 3 adults.. it is minutes away from SM Aura, you can walk from here if you want to. we were comfortable with the place.. you can cook inside the condo, they provide kitchen utensils, cutlery, kettle, etc. The place is clean, so is the pool..we have complimentary breakfast, and they serve it like in any 5-star hotel (not that i've been in a 5-star hotel, but what i see on movies..haha) they also have gym! 

if ever i have to stay in taguig, this place will be the first on my list..

the room i stay is nice, spacious, and unique japanese interior design. it is like i am not staying in a hotel. but like a personal condominium ko.

Location is perfect, just a block away with my meeting place at One Global Tower, and very strategic place to stay in BGC.

food is pre-order and with good choice of menu

frontdesk is helpful to my business need, by the way thanks for helping me print out my reports :) 

and last thing, thanks for the hotel service vehicle in making ferry  me for my things and travel with in the BGC.

Would I stay here again? A big MAYBE!

Let's start w/the positives:
VERY centrally located in an area that hotels usually run over $120. I paid $92 all in.
There is a pool.
The rooms are condos, large with full kitchens and bathrooms. 
There is free parking
Free breakfast for 1 (regardless of how many in room)

The negatives:
The free parking was FULL so we had to park 4 blocks away (though still free).
The free breakfast was vile.
The staff is VERY inefficient- They couldn't tell us which way 9th Ave was even though they were located on 6th Ave. They couldn't give us directions to the newest, multi million dollar, 7 story mall (which was just blocks away).
The Wifi didn't work in the room.
They never brought us the iron we requested.
There was construction 24 hours a day on a rise next to the location.
The curtains in the bedroom, facing the construction were yellow. It was like we had spotlights shinning in our room. 
The cold water trickled out of the shower. LOTS of scalding hot water if you liked.
Receptionist was NEVER in reception.
The stench from the Jacuzzi when they turned it on made us so sick to our stomachs we literally gagged as we ran out.
The cable didn't work.
The bed was hard.
The sharp ends on the bed cut one of us.
