The location and staff are amazing! The rooms are small but clean and well organized to maximize space. There is also tonnes of common space in the property which is safe, secure, and comfortable! The breakfast is hands down the best we have had in Nica so far, and made to order, and it is included!! Highly Recommend as best bang for buck in Leon!

There is a pool by the entrance. Location is great, right by the central park and close to the market. 
Breakfast cost $3. Wifi works in thr room. No hair dryer. 
There is a wonderful cat, owned by the hotel staff.

We stayed here as part of an Intrepid group tour, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated on a square with a large church and little food and drinks stalls, and has a great atmosphere.  It is near a food market, and we went to have a look and bought the most delicious freshly pressed fruit juice – highly recommended.  I’ve read some of the other reviews, some of which say that the hotel isn’t in the centre – to us this wasn’t a problem at all – the streets are all so interesting and full of atmosphere that we were really happy to make the short walk to see the rest of Leon – lots of people smiling and sitting outside buildings – Leon is a really lovely place to visit. Our room was great – plenty of space to move around, well decorated, and brilliant A/C – the beds were comfortable, and we slept really well.  There is a pool, and although it is small, it was very welcome, as the weather was very hot. Make sure you visit lovely Leon, and I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I stayed here for one night as part of an Intrepid tour across Central America. It was good one of the nicest I stayed in in the region. It looks tiny from the outside but it extends out the back and includes a swimming pool and patio area, as well as an upstairs terrace. The rooms were comfortable and it’s a ten minute walk from the town centre so it’s a little bit away from all the action.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre- within easy walking distance of the main square. The rooms are fresh and "arty" as is the hotel itself. there is a pol and on site coffee. Breakfast can be arranged to order. The service was excellent in general but there was a small hiccup with a missing and reappearing bag. This all got sorted but was a reminder to take care as usual!

We booked 3 rooms for the 5 of us.  We actually could have all stayed in the 1 room as they all had 3 beds, but the price was great so we all had our own rooms.  They were very clean, the air con worked great as did the fans.  While the bathroom was a little small ( your knees touch the wall while on the toilet)  everything was clean and the shower was great--no hot water but it was certainly not cold either.  The pool area was awesome and the guys even played a few rounds of pool on the table provided.  Many of the guests including ourselves made great use of the common area. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and breakfast was wonderful.

Rooms small but clean and everything worked. Location OK, staff very nice and helpful. Hotel just opened but it still was a very nice experience. Location is by the beach with an excellent pool. Location is a bit remote but there are a few local places to eat that are easily accessible by cab. Staff was very nice and spoke English. This is a good place to stay- quiet and upscale at a moderate price.

We stayed here for 3nights in March.  We had a spacious room with a double and two single beds, as did our friends.  The rooms were a little dark, the windows looked out on an inner attractive area of the hotel were you could sit and relax.  We had hot showers, our friends had a problem the first night but this was soon resolved.  
The pool was great for cooling off and very clean. There were plenty of places around where you could sit including a roof area with hammocks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast poached eggs were the best in Nicaragua.

Nice little hotel close to the centre of town. Rooms small but OK. A/C.
However the design does make any noise reverberate.
We were in room 1 which is next to the communal area and were disturbed three times by guests and staff in the kitchen area. 12.30, 2.30 and 4am to be precise.
If noise disturbs you don’t stay here.
