Rustique environment (chicken, horses, crops) in rooms with minimum comfort. Attention: the room is in the fillings, with a very steep staircase (cage) and a bed around which it is almost impossible to move.

It's nice

Bellas Artes is great. We were in the apartment of the same name.She has great charm.The hosts are great: nice, happy to help and make a great breakfast.The house is all made of wood.Small and snug.There is a refrigerator.We usually had dinner in the evening and once we made something outdoors at the camping cook.Susanne and Alex also have a great dog who greets you regularly.The bicycles offered for rent are good for a 60 km tour around half the island. 5 star recommendation!!!

Perfect honeymoon.

The host was very unfriendly. We wanted to play cards in the evening with our adult sons, who were staying in another hotel for lack of space. However, they were thrown out by the host in red, with the indication that visitation was not allowed and that this was noted on the Booking.com page, which was probably the case in the English version, but not on the German side. It rained all day long, but at 13° the heating was off. Overall, everything was more than uncomfortable and even the most beautiful ambiance could not save the missing weekend.

Never again

We spent 3 restful nights in this B and B with the most welcoming hosts who delivered a delicious and varied fresh breakfast every morning. Our accommodation was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of places for sitting outside when the weather was nice. What was also lovely was how quiet it was and with an extremely comfy bed we had excellent sleeps throughout our stay. The property was only 5 mins drive to Zieriksee, and 10 mins drive to the Watersnood museum which was a surprisingly fascinating place and perfect when the weather turned. We could also hire bikes at a competitive price and enjoyed a lovely car free day exploring lovely canals and beaches. The best feature of our stay was our welcome by the owners who were brilliant at speaking English, had prepared lots of information about the area for us, and who were extremely helpful. Don't miss the art studio adjoining the property too, which contains some wonderful things, many of which you want to take home!!!

A restful, welcoming haven.

I hesitate to advertise one of our favourite addresses, but they are well worth it;--) We just stayed here for the third time, the 4 apartments (2 cottages in b&b, 2 houses with kitchen) are impeccable, beautifully decorated (Suzanne has very safe tastes), the place is very pleasant, the property is surrounded by many people (for the Casa Luna cottage you have to love the sound of the wind in the trees), the owners are welcoming. We are a few minutes' drive from the beach gigs or it is so nice to walk around.

Exceptional

We were guests for three nights, and the two hosts made it possible for us to have a pleasant stay, especially highlighting the excellent breakfast as well as the relaxation and unease of the hosts.

I highly recommend it.

We actually stayed in the converted barn, which is self catering, rather than the B&B.  It was fabulous and we were able to come and go as we pleased.  A lovely, well furnished, large space which we found really relaxing.  The bed was really comfortable, once you'd ascended the steep staircase into the loft.  The bathroom was wonderfully opulent and included a sauna.  The kitchen area was functional.  The sitting area was really comfortable and very, very relaxing.  There was also a lovely patio area with sun beds and a picnic area which was very private.  The owners were very pleasant and friendly.  Would recommend!

Lovely place

Romantic wooden house with sauna and fireplace (Bella Vista). Great host and an excellent breakfast. The North Sea can be reached in 10 minutes by car. We will definitely book here again!
