I arrived at the hotel during the late morning hours.  I was greeted by the management who was then kind enough to let me check-in to my room.  Considering my flight from the West coast of the U.S.A. and the train travel from Amsterdam to Arnhem, the early check-in with no additional charge shows the hotel management cares for their customers.  My room was clean, with fresh towels, bed sheet, and comforter.  This hotel is just next to Arnhem Central (a train and a bus terminus). I will certainly return to this hotel if my future travels include Arnhem.

Caring Management, Clean Hotel, Great Location

The location is very good. You can only walk across the street and it's right in the heart of Arnhem. The rooms were fine. However, ours was not very clean and very bright. The breakfast was really bad during our stay. For one night it's okay... without breakfast the next morning.

Great place to stay went over for the Qlimax rave and could not be happier with my stay friendly staff and have Avery pleasant stay will be back next yeR and have already booked my room for next year cheers

You're friendly and you're hardworking and everything works, so it's four stars, but there's a need for repairs - wet carpets, squeaky beds, inadequate cleaning, so there's only three stars.

Average

Room (two single beds) was very small, no chance to walk or use the desk  without obstruction. Noisy if you open the window. A bit run-down and ghetto-fixes. 
Breakfast: Clean and fresh in the dim light but no great variety. 
Location is central and very close to shopping/bars/restaurants in Arnhem.
In Berlin you have better value for Money.

If you just want to stay one night

A group of us cycling around Holland had booked this hotel, specifically stating that we wanted rooms with single beds, unfortunately on arrival one room had a double bed, this was put down to booking error by the hotel. However they promised to rectify within next hour, and a single bed was added to the room. Rooms were clean with standard facilities, location is excellent, and good quality breakfast.

Nice hotel, slighlty spoilt by booking error

Simple accommodations in very convenient location. Hotel was sold out the night that I stayed. Arrived early and was given a room within 10 minutes. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I am a satisfied customer.


Hotel Arnhem Centraal

Myself and work colleagues stayed here for 3 nights whilst doing a Battlefield tour. Rooms were basic, and clean but just lacked a little bit of TLC. There were rooms with light bulbs blown, a broken toilet in mine, broken shower in one of the rooms. 
The continental breakfast was plentiful, and staff were friendly. 

Standard 

The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station and virtually directly in front of the city centre with its many shops and restaurants. The hotel also includes the Greek restaurant in the EC, which also serves good breakfast in the morning. The rooms are small and furnished appropriately; the bathroom in my house was renovated and well equipped. The facilities are quite old and could also be renovated at times. Unfortunately, the rooms are also bright, which has been made noticeable, especially by the heavy intermediate to the staircase. But for this, the price was very low.

City hotel with good location

The boss granted my request for a room change (the first one was on the street) as soon as she could. Room on the back very quiet. Decoration of the restaurant a bit kitsch. Really 2 steps from the train station and 5 from the city center....
