My first piece of advice if you are planning a trip to Budva, is - don't go to Budva. The city is on par with Dante’s 9th circle. 
If for whatever reason you absolutely must visit the "Montenegrin Miami" and are able to endure the swarming hoards, Guest House Casa Dalmazia is not what I would call a relaxing destination. 
I had a single room on the ground floor, advertised as "with a patio". This patio is actually the entrance driveway to the reception, where the hotel staff and their extended friends and family hang out, so you can't open the roller shutters to your room without literally having at least 4 Montenegrin men leering into your room. As a lone female traveller I felt that I had zero privacy and thus had to keep the roller shutters closed the entire time which was stifling and claustrophobic. 
The "patio" is also where they hang all the hotel washing, nothing says "amazing view" like having clothes horses of towels and sheets directly outside your window. 
I could hear every little sound from the rooms above and next to me, from footsteps to the literal sounds of people using the bathroom.
The facilities in the room are adequate, clean and modern bathroom, basic bed, AC is good and the satellite TV was a relief when you don't want to spend a single other moment in the town. 
I can't comment on the location as I am obviously not a fan of Budva I don't think any location is positive, however factually it is a 15 min walk from the main bus station (very far when it is 41 degrees and the footpaths are not friendly to luggage on wheels) and about 20 min walk to the Old Walled Town.
It is not Guesthouse Dalmazia's fault that I hated Budva, but it certainly didn't make the experience any better. They also only take cash despite Booking.com guarenteeing a prepayment by the property by credit card.

The place has been renovated with great taste. spacious and comfortable rooms. well-located, cordial care and has a lovely garden. nearby there is a supermarket and a huge shopping mall. it has free wifi.

Beautiful and spacious.

We had a hard time finding the reception because it was half hidden and there were no signs, but the guy who attended was super nice and solved the registration process and all our doubts, a genius!

I was at the hotel at the beginning of June 2016. Room with terrace. Very nice impression from the owners. (If not very English - online translator to help you). Very good location - near the supermarket and the vegetable market. Beach and old town 10-15 minutes walk. Room declared for smokers. I don't smoke, so it was important and pleasant for me that nowhere and from nothing there was no smell of chicken. In the yard no one smoked either. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Dry everything - on the street.

All right, but the moisture is constant.

Guest house Dalmazia is a great place to stay. Situated on a quiet street, spacious and very comfi rooms, close to the Marina and the old town,  (five minutes walk to the old city walls), really nice hosts. Great value for money.

Great place to stay

The room was very nice and colorful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite big. 
I just wished we had at least a shampoo and soap but over all it was a great place. I liked it and I definitely would recommend.

Very Good !

The only two pluses are the proximity to the beach and the sea and the location almost in the center. The downsides: there is no promised Wi-Fi, the door in our bathroom was dried up and not closed, the room was dirty, the cleaning for all 6 days was not done, spiders, wetter, bugs and a whole colony of ants lived with us in the room! It was just awful to live in this room.
