Comfortable beds and enough blankets for the cold, the hotel style and the very Mexican room.It is a pity that the archaeological ruins were closed, as that was our main reason for visiting Tula de Allende.

A comfortable hotel for sleeping.

In the bathroom we found a bug's corpse, we never had internet access, and the windows were vibrating.The decor smelled clean when we entered the room.The staff is friendly.Even though they could never solve the internet issue.

Very little recommended.

The most economical room is very comfortable, it has a nice Mexican style decoration with everything necessary and basic, the discomfort is that al being more economical it is located in the lower part and the hallways make a lot of noise so that when another guest arrives it sounds as if they are at the door of the room, no matter what time they arrive. the breakfast included is very rich but in small quantity and al being small one suddenly needs to look for people to provide a service. They have a parking lot that closes at night and cars are well cared for.

Hotel overrated on another ressa site, very disappointed with the room, we had booked a so-called suite and ended up with a room without windows.... no breakfast available, we're just trying to find a place to have lunch The only thing that's good is that it's next to the Atlanta site!

I booked this hotel because it had good ratings on a competing site....very disappointed with the room, we should have said a suite, but the suites don't exist in this hotel, but the rooms without windows...yes...no breakfast, so get busy finding a place for breakfast, we don't know...

We stayed 1 night at the Quinta Bella this past month, wanting to see the ruins but not to spend too much time in the area. It was a great choice. The beautifully appointed hotel is just a 15-minute walk to the entrance to the archeological site, a 20-minute walk to the rather unremarkable city centre. It's a quiet location (after about 9 p.m.) in a non-descript neighbourhood just off a main thoroughfare. The staff were nice and the water hote. WIFI about Mexican hotel standards. We didn't try the resto as it seemed a bit pricey (or we're just cheap), so we ate at a local chain by the western-style supermarket nearer to city centre and it was quite good. If you want a mall-type experience, there is one close by. If the hotel were in a more attractive setting, I'd have no difficulty staying longer.

Terrific for Tula

A small hotel, very warm, comfortable and with fabulous decoration in its rooms.Everything is made of carved wood and hand painted.It might go unnoticed by many, but you can't ignore the working hours of these artisans.Small parking outside (4 places) and in the front yard is the complement of the parking lot, you have to ring the bell.

We had an OK experience.  But someone at the hotel desk chain smoked all night, and we could smell it in our rooms.  We found that you have to choose between dark rooms with no windows to the outside or sunny rooms that face a street that sometimes is pretty noisy.  We went with the latter, as the rooms on the street are larger and the upper ones also have nice balconies, and took the road noise, which woke me up twice in the night.  We had a nice breakfast in the restaurant, with traditional Mexican food.  But it opened quite late (8:30am) and the service was very slow. There is also limited parking at the hotel, so beware.  It is also not in the downtown.  It is convenient to the archeological zone, however. Another issue: The cleaning staff uses a very smelly soap when they mop.  We had to air our rooms out. Plus I believe they do not distinguish between smoking and non-smoking rooms -- which explains the smelly soap.

An acceptable place

A picturesque hotel, with clean and pleasant rooms. Very recommended. The chairs and walls painted by hand. The staff very friendly. It has master suite, private parking and a 5-minute walk from the archaeological area.

H. Quinta bella was born.

They are very helpful, excellent hosts, always concerned about the guest. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom water takes a little time to get out but once the hot room never ends, the room smells beautiful. I LOVE the hotel restaurant Hoja Santa the food is excellent, they serve you enough to stay full all day and no joke, the sweet bread is delicious accompanied by coffee is a great combination, the waiter Gary is the most attentive.
