A super quiet and beautiful place. All the super friendly and attentive staff. All the facilities are clean. The room is super clean and with amenities that are appreciated. It is very close to the main square and the historic center of the city. Super recommendable has everything to have a pleasant holiday.

A charming place!!!

This property is in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Overall the property is in good shape with only one exception which I will describe shortly. We stayed in the suite towards the street, and I believe they have different size ones. It had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. The rooms are very spacious. Our problem during our stay was the bathrooms. There was a leak which created a puddle in the main bathroom. It was never fixed while we were there, and seemed as if it was there before we got there. Everytime we had to use the bathroom we had to go in there with shoes otherwise you ended up wet. It was cleaned only with the daily cleaning. That was our biggest issue. The beds are not the comfiest, you can feel the springs, I believe all but 2 were that way. We stayed here just before and after new years, so another thing to consider is the noise. Noise from pedestrians and/or cars. I wonder if we werent in the street facing suite the noise would of been an issue. Other then those things it was an okay stay.

We only saw the front desk person she was very nice and helpful.She was going to take my laundry to a location that could do my laundry with drop off on saturday then available for Sunday pick up.On Sunday when I went to it up from at front desk she there wasn't any able to do it with short notice...she told me that she did the laundry! Wow! We was I very surprised and impressed. 5* for her. · In the bedroom it needed dusting of the fan and under the bed. Need thicker bed sheets we bought bed sheets so we felt comfortable to sleep.Bought bath mat for bathroom as there wasnt any.The shower tiles need bleaching as there was a fair bit of mold.Weekends downstairs bar had music so loud it vibrated the windows.The kitchenette was very convenient

Best location but bed and sofa reached it's end.

The worst hotel in history - no hot water and no reception - I was fighting with the owner JORGE over the bad service and he said that since we had already slept there, I couldn't do anything about the cold water.

No reservations here.

The price is very high for the quality of the rooms, the first day there was no hot water and the second there was no water.The room was dirty when it was delivered to the food of previous guests in the refrigerator.

Well located

Equipment that is out of stock due to the misuse of a good location. Under two floors without elevator. Lack of room darkening. Scarcely running water in the shower. Poor bathroom functionality. Pass to apartment by laundry area; noise from the washing machine. Parking with excessive commission and too far away from accommodation.

I never recommended it to a friend.

HORRIBLE! undoubtedly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. *no parking (I recommend one at 15 minutes and the price is 200 per day) *old, hard and dirty beds *smells of cork and humidity in the bathroom *badly ventilated and UNClimated rooms (in the summer they are over 30'C) *zero privacy (if you hear everything and the worst is that if your window goes inwards you can't open it because then everyone can see you asleep) *max noise (only we played a few drunks that went up at 5am without a key and when they finally got in they turned on music all afternoon) MUY CAR for what you get... the only good thing is the location is generally not a lot closer because everything is in San Miguel de la Ría... but the whole selection of pictures is not a lot closer because they were in the real world.

There is no SE QUEDEN.

The location is the best, it is just a few meters from downtown San Miguel and the best restaurants.The attention is excellent and having a room with extra space with a living room and kitchen is a great idea.
