Small hotel perfect for a stay in CHICHEN iTZA! This is a small hotel, motel style with no floor with central pool! The rooms are perfectly clean and are small but functional! The price is very competitive! The hotel offers free parking in the courtyard of the hotel! The hotel offers massage service at very competitive rates (150 pesos for a neck and shoulders massage) On the other hand, the breakfast offered is almost non-existent, coffee, tea and cake type four-quarter!! When there is one for everyone!! We are ready to have our breakfast and there was only one part of the cake! Three women arrived in the room but no one was welcome to take the breakfast! We were very pleasantly checking out the rest of the room!

It's a perfect little hotel, very well placed and very clean.

Very clean family room. Everything is reasonably priced. Very clean swimming pool. In the price there is available coffee and cake. Parking is closed. TV and air conditioning. Free wifi access. Room really well made for a visit. Not made to stay long, just passing through.

Very clean passing room

It's a simple but very nice hotel. It's literally a 5-minute drive from Chichén Itzá. The rooms are small and functional (although there's little room to store things). The pool and garden are very nice and give you a very rich relaxing atmosphere after visiting the archaeological site. The rooms have chairs and tables in the hallway, where you can sit and chat in the evenings. The service is very friendly and help you with everything you need. We were helped to get a guide, find a very nice cenote and get a mechanic. Comfortable, pretty and with a very nice atmosphere. Ideal if you want to be near Chichén Itzá.

With only 1,5 kn away from Chitzen Itza this is the place to be.

It is clean, basic but with a decent shower, good bed and sheets, airco and fan. There are about 13 rooms, all ground floor situated around a pool. During the night the gate is closed so it is quite safe. 

A pool with two sections for cooling down. To the left of the hotel is a big supermarket so you can get everything you want and need. 

Officially there is no breakfast but next to room 5 they put coffee and tea wit home made cakes. All free and part of the service.

Oh , when you arrive you can just pull up to the front, you can parc there. When you are checked in they tell you to drive to the back door where there is a big gate  where you can put your car behind. From there  you can see your hotel room. That’s ideal.
We paid 50 us dollar which is really worth it. I would have paid 80 easy for this.

Perfect, cheap and good service, 1.5 kn to Chitzen Itza

We stayed at this hotel for our visit to Chichen Itza. The location was perfect, 5 min away from the parking lots for Chichen Itza. We loved the hotel and the service we received there. Very friendly employees, rooms were super clean, very practical, and we enjoyed a lot the swimming pool to cool down from the very hot temperature. And the price was very correct.

Great hotel for visit to Chichen Itza

It is very close to Chichen Itza, a 20-minute walk away, has a steam locomotive in front of it; unfortunately there are not many restaurants around the village, so you have to go to the square about four blocks away to find food.

Perfect, very clean, very quiet room, breakfast and swimming pool are very nice, the owners are very kind, they did everything they could to help us and advise us on what to do in the neighborhood.

It's perfect.

Unfortunately, what they put up is not close to what it really is... they don't have enough parking, they have bagged merchandise everywhere, the owner's dogs are thieves and thieves and he keeps them there in the hotel.

There is no such thing as an arising person.

It's an excellent place to relax and do home office work, clean rooms, ideal for relaxation, friendly and dedicated employees, and parking for your car.

It's always a place that guarantees cleanliness and comfort.I've stayed here several times and I'm always fascinated.The environment is super pleasant and with beautiful gardens and flowers.The rooms have everything necessary and are very comfortable and clean.
