This hotel has it all, the location, spacios rooms except the workers. Im not a person to come with negative or defensive attitude but when it comes to being a tourist the receptionist do respond with a negative attitude. If they had a bad experience with past customers but they sure have to be friendly and be at its excelence in customer service. Customer service sucks.

Terrible stay. The security locks on the door were missing. The TV did not work. Housekeeping left us without bath towels. On the last day, our most important, there was no hot water for the shower so we were unable to shower in the morning. Overall, a bad experience.

Unacceptable Experience

The rooms are big and the AC works fine. The water pressure is great and the bathroom was clean. There's a lack of amenities for example, there's no coffee maker or mini fridge neither an iron. One more thing to improve is about customer service, that's really poor. My stay included free breakfast for me and my couple, I ate first because she wasn't feeling well when she arrived later to the restaurant, the kitchen server told me that I can't take anything from the buffet again or I'll be charged. Come on!! I just was seated with my couple because she wasn't be alone. That was rude!

Great location worse customer service

The staff is very patient and accommodating with English speaking tourists. The room was spacious and clean. The bar and pool areas were comfortable. It was everything I would expect from Hotel Santorian.

US Tourist friendly

booking a room on December 31 because I was going to spend the new year at the dance party organized by the same hotel and unfortunately for me when I wanted to take a bath to arrange for the event there was no hot water...we were told by the receptionist that they were already fixing the matter and NEVER settled...we went to complain and said that they would refund us the room payment...which has not happened until today. after the trouble of finding another hotel and arriving late at the event because I was waiting for the boilers to be fixed I called the hotel and until the date I did not resolve...GOOD service..and the fatal year-end event.

A fatal experience.

I never stayed in a hotel like this again, I always stayed there because it is close to the airport and when I go on a trip I look for that convenience since Hermosillo is the closest city to the airport, but the sewer is very bad the colmo was the last time the bathroom cup had old urine stains, the tube of the bathroom curtain super oxidized, in the drainage area or mould and whenever I go there are too many mosquitoes not to mention that on weekends there is always noise in the party room.

I'm very happy with this one.

Just today we rented a room, to meet with blood on the bed, we talked to the receptionist to get the money back because we were very disgusted to stay who didn't want to because they didn't have a refund policy, they just wanted to return us 50% of the room which is not fair because we didn't sleep here, their solution was to change the room as well and they took us to show a room, again with the bed covered and dirty and obviously it was more of our anger, they took us to a third room promising that if it were to be found (the manager was already very upset), they showed us the third and in the third UNA CUCARACHA to which the video and photos still have the disgust of not wanting to return to the money and wanting to show us a room.

Pesimo service is a very popular service.

The rooms are spacious, but very noisy, the pool is small, so it fills easily, it has plenty of parking space and its restaurant is small for the number of rooms it has.

It can be improved.

Worse, if you come to Hermosillo to work and then rest at night, you have to put up with guys and girls taking out of the rooms until late in the morning and then between weeks a loud music no se es del salón de fiestas that is there, sincerely it is a martyrdom.
