My previous experience had been unpleasant. Now it was worse. Again without water, we were introduced to the landlord on arrival and a good person, already entering years, aware of the problem of their hotel disk and our pidio that we first took a tour and then bathed, of course, after 12 hours of travel, that if in an excellent 2020 model truck. Our group leader (Bryan) had obvious encounters with which they now identified as the owners of the place who were the daughters or nieces of the gentleman who was introduced to us.

Not for a Volver.

Excellent personal attention from the owner, with several guests despite everything, but we fought hard for the water, there was neither cold nor hot (i.e. when the water ran out and the boiler was filled, which never emptied even if the water ran out. Laughable excuse from an employee) It is a lie that the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, less kitchen or TV. White light illuminates everywhere, hot light costs the same and is more welcoming. Zero maintenance in rooms and public areas. Zero cleaning. Pollos and dogs everywhere. The concept is interesting but it is very much to ask for a single man to attend.

Accommodation is for the non-experts.

We stayed for two nights. The room that was assigned to us (Elliot's kitchen, room 12), the lack of urgent maintenance. The mattresses of the beds and saunas are in very poor condition. The first of the days we had no hot water, during the second we had no water at all. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. It has a small kitchen, but without gas, so they decide to use it must carry their own tank. The room smells very moist, yet the bathroom walls had mushrooms. The Internet frequently failed, as did the bank terminal. The place is expensive for what it offers.

There are better options.

I discovered this hotel on the internet, found it very interesting and finally booked with them. It is a hotel created as old town of the west, it is a series of cabins, each with different designs, you can stay in the pharmacy, the jail or the church, all with heating, some have a refrigerator and have a small grill. I loved the concept, but it is not for any traveler, since they are rustic, they do not have the amenities you would find in a resort, but if you want to enjoy a little of everything, be in touch with nature and you like, this is the option for Creel. It is a little away from the main street, so you tend to walk to the traditional cabins, although you can also ask for it, which is a very tasteful gentleman who loves you, where you will come to a resort, but if you want to enjoy a little of everything, be in touch with nature and you like it, this is the option for Creel.

A simple hotel, to get completely away from civilization.

The cottages are very comfortable, it's a totally magical place as if it were a small town, the owners take good care of you and are always on the lookout for what you need.

A wonderful stay.

We hired the all-inclusive service and were attended by the owners of the cottages which are a family that makes you feel at home but on vacation, took us on tours, made us camping meals and night fireworks, we were a group of 15 people of various ages from young to old and we were all treated very well as if we were their family, the climate and views are very good.

Very pleasant holidays.

We were a group of 15 people, it's a cozy place with Western-style cabins, each of them is different, it's located next to a beautiful mountain that gives you a very beautiful view. The place is attended by Don Javier and his daughters with whom you feel in a family... They gave us the option of included meals, which is very worthwhile, no one is sick with the stomach and helps you to streamline the times... The place is very clean, dairy cleans and at night you get the option of making fireworks, steamed meat etc. One day they prepared a Pic Ninc in the Sierra Tara Tara. It's not a very luxurious place but it's clean, each cabin has a heater, customer water, you can prepare food... The place is where you can find the most expensive places to visit.

A place to stay in CREEL.

We stayed with a group of 90 at this hotel.  The hotel is clean and comfortable.  Everything was good if you are looking for a place to sleep only.  I am guessing we went on the off season, The TVs did not work, nor was the cable connected to any rooms.  I saw a wireless internet system, however this was not operational also.  Of the many hotels I have stayed at in Mexico, this one was very clean.  The outside area is in need of upkeep and repairs, but this did not effect the actual rooms.  There were water pressure issues, so if the hotel is full you need to be sure you have pressure before you jump in the shower.  I would stay here again because it is very quiet and economical.  There was a restaurant on premises, but not open the entire time we were there.  There is a bar and it was open each night at 7pm.
