I booked this place because, I was looking for a place where it had more than 1 bedroom and my family could be all under one roof-but everyone could have their own space. We stayed in cabin #14, which is 2 cabins connected.   The hotel does have potential and could be a great place to stay in.  My complaint is, one of the cabins they have a serious plumbing problem and the appliances do not work.  warning: they do not provide you with fresh towels or toilet paper everyday. you have to constantly be requesting.  
If you happen to contact the owner, who manages the reservations, beware- she never gets back to you. the front office is clueless and never knows what is happening.

I do give 4 stars to the tour service that is associated with this location, Taurumara tours, are very upstanding people and serviceable.
Eden and Mario are excellent drivers!  I recommend them. They made our stay, pleasant.

Hotel needs more work…

Excellent service and cozy, close to the only gas station, it's perfect for the prices you manage and your two-story room is your best attribute, judge for yourselves not to be carried away by the bad reviews that are created by your competition.

A good place to be.

I stayed in room 2,  its fair price, friendly personnel,  tv with dish,  frigobar in my room, playground area and big barbecue area with own bathrooms.  Cozy Fire pit. Plenty of parking.  They help you for free to do your own tours. Is a place where you can plan to enjoy after your outdoor trips 

Great, give you several amenities for free to enjoy outside 

We rented the cabin number 10, the refrigerator no service and the ugly oil, the toilet no service, the rotten and old towels, the outdoor shops where the animals are, one of the beds had no shelters and the windows had few openings, the carpet was super dirty, the garbage outside the room had days that they couldn't pick up, the bathroom cup was all covered up downstairs, the room was clean wherever you see it, in general a bad room, we had to change hotels and ask them if they could return us something from the 2nd night and deny us zero kindness, the location is also not good.

Careful and dirty.

It's a hotel with a very good page in front of it...but it doesn't have any cables and cabins...it's a very small hotel with rooms too dirty, if you booked for 4 people and had only 2 very old towels, the blankets looked like they had been years without washing... no oil on wood or comfortable in the room..they had a Spanish gas too dangerous for the size of the room...and not to mention they offer TV.

Psimo is the name of the game.

I share our experience, I went with my family for a weekend, first the photos on the internet had nothing to do with reality, there was no hot water for three days, not even cold water, there was no water in the hotel, the reception desk doesn't solve anything, at night there is no one, they leave a phone booked so you can communicate, the dirty rooms are very dirty under the bed if you see that months ago they weren't clean, the bathrooms with damp and bad smell, the concept is hotel-like cabin walls are made of wood, everything is heard no privacy at all, the kitchen is a parcel of two burners of a wooden furniture, the kitchen works very well, the reception desk upstairs to a reception desk with guests and friends of the area, the music is super loud, there are no sleeping pets, there are no sleeping pets, there are no recommended prices, there are no recommended prices, there are no recommended prices, there are no recommended prices, there are no recommended prices, there are no recommendations for the same hotel, there are no recommendations, there are no very good prices, there are no recommend

They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather.Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room. It took four trips to the office spread over two hours before they brought a heater. The heater was a propane heater that was almost empty. The instructions said to only use it in a well ventilated area. After about an hour they came and took the propane tank to refill it. While filling it only took about 15 minutes from the propane truck that came to the hotel, they wouldn't let us have the tank back for another hour.Cold temperatures are not unusual in Creel at this time of year. The hotel should provide a safe source of heat for each room. The other hotel we stayed at had a built-in heater in each room.I would not stay here again.

No heat in the middle of winter

The rooms filter out the noise from all sides to the point of not letting you sleep, the TV only works as a channel and that's the receptionist who controls what you see and so it's impossible to suggest that they change channels since you never find anyone. The water is hot for a few minutes only so that if you are more than 2 people lucky enough to have a cold, plus in the bathroom you only find 2 soaps and two towels in last condition. I stayed for two nights 3 days and only on the first day I found the clean room afterwards if you could put more paper or throw out the trash. The only thing I liked were the warm naps and very comfortable lunches if you had no neighbors or family luckily had an excellent downtime.

It's impossible to sleep, it's too much to desire.

A comfortable place to sleep cheap hot water wifi tv with many all-inclusive channels along with a transportation service that didn't cost us any extra.

Great place to be.

I thought the service was very good, the cabins were cozy, comfortable and clean, so I can say that it was excellent, as well as a very nice experience. 100% Recommended.
