I’m hard to please and I can’t say enough good things about this company. They truly care about their guests and take fantastic care of you. Truly 5 star ⭐️ My daughter lost her favorite stuffed animal that shes had for years and left the Moon Palace The Grand upset thinking it was gone. I alerted the staff before they left and a week later they emailed me talking me that had found it AND that made it extra special. They shipped her stuffy back to the US with a nice letter and a hand full of Polaroid style photos of her stuffy hanging at the pool, having coffee and desert 💕 They made it look as if her stuff was living its best life the entire time (see photos). Furthermore , we became VIP members while we were there because the service and food were so good. I’m very hard to please and was worried about an all inclusive’s ability to provide good food, it was AMAZING ! The facilities are clean and updated. I can’t say enough good about Palace Resorts. I care about how people treat my friends and family and Palace Resorts are second to none. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else !
