Rahaa Resort

If you are looking for an authentic desert island retreat, then the Rahaa Resort is for you. The journey to the island is long but we'll worth doing to reach such an spoilt part of the world. We can not say enough about the staff. From the moment we stepped on to the island we were looked after by lovely people, who genuinely seemed to care about the service they provided. The Chefs provided an excellent array of dishes at each mealtime. With freshly baked breads, pastries, fresh fruits, salads, and there was always beef, chicken,fish and vegetarian options all of excellent quality. The bar is well stocked and serves generous measures, and you are never left without a drink. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. They are situated right on the beach with great views. The whole point of us going to the Maldives was to get in the sea, and it didn't disappoint, with sightings of black tipped sharks, rays, leopard sharks and turtles, as well as an abundance of colourful fish. The staff at the Dive Centre were knowledgeable and we enjoyed the organised snorkeling. We loved it here and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you Rahaa for a holiday that will remain in our memories.
