From the moment we arrived at SAii Lagoon, we felt genuinely looked after. The setting is stunning – turquoise water in every direction, with direct access to both the lagoon and The Marina @ Crossroads for a change of pace. It’s the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made it feel personal rather than just another resort. The team went above and beyond throughout our stay – from the front desk and restaurant staff to the engineers who even helped repair our suitcase after it was damaged in transit. That kind of kindness says everything about the culture here. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of variety for both adults and kids, and the atmosphere was always relaxed. We also loved being able to walk or take the buggy to different dining options around the marina – it gave us more choice without ever feeling crowded. The kids loved the pool and the freedom to explore safely, while we appreciated the calm pace and genuinely warm hospitality. After travelling quite a bit, this felt like a resort that gets the little things right. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning a return.
