13 reviewsI had choosen the accord regency at riverson for its location and free parking provided. The location was great within walking distance to Imago but the free parking was too complicated and there was a RM50 penalty if we messed up. So we ended up not using the free parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean. Had some problems with the person to contact before going there. 1st took forever for them to reply my messages. 2nd told me my booking was there but no rooms available at riverson and was to be transfered to imago. I told them that I had book months ahead and specifically choose riverson as i did not want to stay at imago. After much debating the person said they got the bookings mixed up and they had a room available at riverson.3rd when checking in I informed them on my arrival time and when I got there had to wait around 20 mins for the person to arrive only to be told that he did not bring the keys as he only brought the keys for another group checking in. Had to wait again for someone else to bring over the keys.
